I saw one that there was no toploader for a $50 card. That would seriously piss me off.

How about stopping/pausing the Ebay train now COMC? Nope - let's just keep driving right into that iceberg.

My 7 card Economy Rushed order processed through USPS today, I submitted it on 3/12.

They're 50 days late on an order of mine from November so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Same, rushed in Feb. Nothing at all about this shipment due to ship 3/11.

If there is some black hole these Feb shipments fell into, or the order is somehow mixed up/lost, that’s a bit concerning, and one reason it would be nice to be able to contact customer service- after all, people are seeing rushed shipments placed in March already posted or even getting them already.

I tried searching but this thread has gotten quite long. I am looking for help on returning a card I purchased on COMC. The card was mislabeled and I did not notice until after I hit purchase. I have looked on the site and cannot find an easy way to request a return and seems to point you to the general email. I have sent several emails in the last 10 days and no reply. Last night, I sold a card and within an hour it was returned and money back out of my account. So it appears there may be a faster way to doing a return that I have not found yet? Any advice out there? Thanks

Tim did say any orders that were shuffled or messed up are just stuck in limbo and they are slowing getting back to them, but they are not priority (dumb), it seemed more of a "if we have time, we'll try to sort those out, but obviously we have tons of non-messed up orders to do that won't take as much time."

I had one that was supposed to ship Feb 28, packaging started in middle of January, which to me says "your order was 100% one of those messed up"

Did you buy it on Ebay or COMC?

Tim talked about some type of massive jumble in February at 20-26 minutes into his talk. I am very concerned about my missing shipment from February.

I joined COMC in January and here is my take so far:

Pros -
1)My acct balance is about $900 from the sale of non PC cards that were gathering dust.
2) I can use my acct. balance to build my PC and buy some high end cards
3) I never would have listed those cards on eBay - too time consuming and tedious.

Cons
1) They suck at processing shipments! I still have cards that have not been listed from my first shipment in February. I had a 200 card shipment that was a "3 week guarantee" on 4/1. They haven't processed ANY of those yet and now pushed the date back to 4/21.
2) A lot of the high end cards I want to use my balance on are way over priced or not available
3) I haven't tried (and don't plan on) ordering a shipment of my buys until things settle down. I'm fine keeping them warehoused for awhile until shipping seems more timely and organized.

There’s eBay feedback from people who ordered in that time period who state COMC cancelled their order due to warehouse or incorrect stock issues. Sounds like some items were misplaced and they realized it would take too long to locate, so they opted to cancel and refund. They must think it’s going to take a very long time to find these as obviously they are only with taking 3-4 weeks to ship right now.

This is what makes so many of us so frustrated. I had two orders placed in late February both were priority rushed. One cost me $500 (1000 cards). The second was only 11 cards. Neither one has moved but other economy rushed orders from the same time period have been shipped.

Why are some cards I have for sale listed on Ebay and others aren't? Is there a logic to it, or is it just random?

I'm in the same boat. E-mail every few days no replies.

Is your card still mislabeled? They changed the card I purchased so it is correct now but not returned.

The primary issue is that there is little recourse.

They have your cards and your balance (assuming it was funded by sales).

It's a great business model, the entire supply chain and funding are supplied for free by the powerless.

Card is still mislabeled. I have not requested a correction of the listing as it does not help me either get a return completed.

Random.

Sometimes you can trigger cards to get listed by changing prices.

For the most part, if there are multiple copies on site, they will cycle through as card get delisted, sold or listings expire.

So you watched a 2 hour piece on youtube on a company that you have no ties with, and you check their ebay feedback every day. I have 81,000 cards on comc and have never checked their feedback probably because I do not care...You have got to get out of the house.

Priority rushed and economy rushed are the same
Really it’s just using priority mail over first class mail, but with orders over 16 oz you are getting priority anyway. I would never use priority rushed for anything really

Good to know. A bit late for me as I have nothing left to send home but I'm sure others will benefit.

I guess this would be for just eBay purchases (and ridiculous if true). I have yet to hear about this kind of thing for on-site comc orders, but nothing surprises me anymore.

My impression for the eBay cancels/refunds goes maybe something like this...

Buyer pays for item.
Buyer gets tired of waiting after 3+ weeks, no shipment, so opens claim.
Comc (automatically?) refunds and ends the transaction.

At least this is what I’m gathering reading through some of the negative feedback. I guess the moral is if you really want the card...do not initiate a claim, even if it’s 3+ weeks out....even if you say in that claim you want the item, and not a refund. Because I’m sensing this will end the transaction. It is possible (although I’m still waiting) that COMC just might send that item out on the 4th or later weeks after payment.

Worried since my shipment was placed Feb 11. Not incredibly high value cards but all are 1/1 sketch cards and so impossible to replace.

One in particular is the ONLY Ghostbusters card the artist I collect I have ever seen come up for sale.

Got a message it was being packaged 3 weeks ago and supposed to ship on Friday. Only 8 cards so fingers crossed.
