Right off their site.
All raw Elite items and items purchased for more than $50 will ship in a penny sleeve and toploader.
All other raw non-Elite items will ship in a penny sleeve and will be carefully braced with mail stiffeners for safe shipment
That doesn't seem to be the case.

Don’t really like that my quote to ship 120ish cards was $9 economy and $28 rushed on 4/1. Pulled down some PC Cards I relisted and bought a handful since. To ship 150 today it was $12 economy and $84 rushed.

This is the way of COMC. Charge more and give customers far less.

Yeah, and if you go Economy, you MIGHT have 'em in hand by this time next year.

Anyone wanna explain how "hottest players" data works on COMC? For example, Barry Horowitz has rank 1 with 20 cards shipped out in a year, but guys like Hulk Hogan have rank 52 with over 1,000 cards shipped out in the year?

Well I told them that the submission is stuck at 5% process and nothing is happening.
Got the reply that this is forwarded, the submission should be proceeded soon and I'll get a 20% discount.

All that happened since is that the estimated date was pushed back 3 weeks.

I couldn't care less about the discount, seriously i dont even believe them that the submission will be discounted if i would not ask for it again in the end.

The amount of cards for sale is part of the equation.

Horowitz and Zeus have only 1 card for sale for each of them, while Hogan has over 1,900 cards for sale.

That’s the thing. If it was guaranteed 4 months, I would just do economy. I’ll play with lot size and get some out now if feasible. 5 were cards I sent in to sell that didn’t. So the rest I’ve already paid $36 in S&H on.

Up to 6.3% neutral/negative now. And they are clinging on to their 99.1% feedback rating. Sitting at 99.097%.

Seems like a company spiraling out of control. I'd be very concerned if I had cards in their hands.

We get the point. Not sure you need to update it 5X a day.

They won't sugarcoat what's going on.
So, them damaging the cards isn't a thing any longer?

Cards sales have been dead as late for me, I also haven’t purchased many cards in a while.
Taking my money off of comc Instead of reinvesting, really liked the eBay auctions but now that they don’t relist cards that haven’t been paid for and have no system in place at all for relisting cards, it’s the first time I’ve really been pissed off on comc.

Thanks to myslabs, I’ve sold a lotwith no headaches and have control over my inventory .

I would say most of us actually using the site aren't sugarcoating much right now either. COMC sucks...I have actually experienced it first hand. This is experience that I can share that can back that up. Popping in to reiterate what is already known or experienced...it's not really sharing relative experience or valuable insight.

It'd be like me telling people about Sportlots or MySlabs. No practical experience with either site but I could definitely repeat what people say or find things to post about.

Yea. That's been pissing me off too. The cards are just locked. I've tried to open up correction requests, but all they do is immediately close them. So now I have about 7-8 cards that I can't resell or they refuse to re-list. Stupid.

Long ago, I already discussed that really the not so random corner dings were something I chalked up to doing business with them because they would never admit to it.

Usually when I called them on it, they would instruct me how to properly ship cards...you know...because they're so good at it.

I've still seen cards from my submissions get damage notes or placed in a conditional bucket...it is what it is.

The only advice I can offer is to check your inventory prices against market/what's on site and make sure it's competitive. You're already running a sale, so hopefully that gets you some eyes...maybe bump up the percentage off a little to see if that entices people.

I didn't really check your prices against recent sales or inventory on site, so no idea if you're already competitive or not.

I have 43 that are a year overdue that also have the same Est Date of 5/11. Once in a while I will get a few cards added.

My 3 week sub was due on 4/8 but nothing has been happening. So, if I send in a Select submission for $1 per card it will be guaranteed to be completed in two weeks.

First, the two weeks will probably not happen. It will be another broken promise.

Second, my two week order will be completed before all of the 1000's of 3 week orders that are already late. That doesn't seem fair, and again, I doubt that they will be able to honor their 2 week commitment.

2,833 negs in the past 12 months = 236 per month. But 1,229 in the last month, eek.

Lucky for COMC that a ton were removed. Should be much worse.

Sales have to be slowing for them. I'd guess the negative experiences are keeping people away. I know I'm not buying.
