CTD is by entered date, not received date. So if that express order was received in January but not entered until after 2/8, it would make sense

*It's absurd that it takes them a month to "enter" any order, let alone express

Yeah it was a pretty ballsy move, but I have had no luck on bumping w/o cracking. A couple true gem fails, and even a 9 (8.5,9,9.5x2) just crossing to another 9 failed. Have a couple more trying to cross right now so we'll see how it goes, but 100% better odds when cracking and sending

Not sure if theres alot of Pokémon cards submitters on here. These orders are all Pokémon cards, kind of annoyed that one of my cards got No Spec/No info. Although it is a German card pulled and sleeved from when I was a kid, it is a rare SkyRidge Charizard expecting a (9 or 10). PSA has had no trouble grading in different languages before and BGS CGC all accept these. Customer support gave a vague answer of not having factory info. Sure... off to BGS with that one.

I dont know how their workload is actually set up but most have been in qa2 for at least 8 days it seems as of late. Which may or may not be indicative of when yours will pop.
