Question on Auction Houses

Has anyone had any experiences selling with Auction Houses (not eBay)? (e.g.) Heritage, Goldin, Leland, PWCC, etc.

I'm looking at potentially selling some high-end cards and would like to see if anyone have had any experiences selling with them? (e.g.) stories about their experiences, red flags or any feedback? Feel free to PM if it's easier.

PWCC is going to start its new Premier Auction in May. All cards in the auction must worth at least $50k. All bidders must be pre approved and bidding will take place at the PWCC website itself rather than on eBay. The auction format will be similar to GoldinAuction. It looks like PWCC is trying to capture ultra high end customer segment from Goldin.
