I don't think sealed prices have adjusted to Ohtani's huge increase in value. US1 is his second flagship, but prices are just as strong as S2.

Thank you for the details and clarification. Have several update hobby boxes and luckily some bat down Acuna’s so no desire to bust them.

Acuna and Soto flip flopped a little with driving the product, when both get hot this will too. Not that it isn’t.

Don't forget about the push this will get if we have Bieber and possibly Freddy Peralta striking out 200+, Ohtani having a VERY good season at the plate and on the mound. I really think Gleyber figures it out too.

Yes, Soto and Acuna have this product where it is, but any of the 3 or 4 guys above could put this similar in price to a Hobby box of 20-21 Hoops Basketball!

They have one case of Hobby available for $20,000 and one case of Jumbo for $15,000.

One year from now: Those cases will either be worth twice that or half that.

BO prices. If sales prices are $20k and $15k a year from now I would be satisfied.

Yeah, they're blowout prices but I don't think they're that far off from actual "market value". If Soto/Acuna/Torres all have a hot week at the same time those cases will sell at those prices.

I agree with this. I will add that BO pricing has been a lot more close to market for a while now.

Heritage High Number pack with Acuna on front.

Found this guy just sitting there one day, it’s in great shape outside of the clearance sticker.

At what point does breaking the case to sell boxes make sense? I have to believe that as it crosses comfortably into 5 figures for a hobby case you'd do much better selling the boxes individually. Asking for a friend...

Definitely not breaking my cases up. Actually thinking of getting more sealed by BBCE.

Holy smokes. I didn't know they did sealed cases.

How much do they charge for that?

Quoted from the BBCE website.
I must add that Steve is an absolute pro at what he’s doing.
Excellent service.

“The charge for authentication will be 8% of the retail value of the box (minimum charge will be $8 with a maximum of $5,000). The charge will be applied whether the unopened box is deemed “good” or “bad”. If the box is deemed “good”, it will be wrapped in our shrink wrap with a sticker identifying the box.”
