I ordered a box of Chrome F1 from Germany and didn't get hit with a charge from customs. I don't know if that suggests that no orders ever get charged or what, though.

Yes, any team would love their pick to end up in the HOF. I'm just saying it's not a lock TL is one of those guys. As you said, it's not even a 50% proposition based on previous #1 picks.

Again, I hope he does well. But with NFL guys, I tend to cash in on the hype. If he becomes Brady, I can use those profits to buy back in later.

Went ahead and bought 50 (originally ordered 20 but didn't use the 10%, applied the 10% to a subsequent order of 30).

The cards in the Tin are XL. They will come beat up. The parallel card/long shot auto are allegedly regular size and packed in a separate pack in the tin. The sealed non parallel tins from earlier in the year are 40-50 on the secondary.

I don’t think they are a loser but why do you think these are worth $80-$100. It’s oversized cards. Traditionally not popular on modern cards. Facsimile autographs. No one wants those. The main draw is the 1 parallel, which is probably going to be very high numbered, and the 1 in about 1000 chance of the autograph of one guy. Don’t see how that makes these $80-$100 each

There isn't huge margins in those BVB tins because a lot of them XL cards will have banged up corners specially if Topps is just taking old stock tins tossing a pack in and resealing it

I am surprised there have not been any more of the non-football TL autos listed. Has anyone seen a non-football auto besides the Sunshine auto?

I can't do all the research for you guys, but considering the ones without the parallels/auto chase, that are sealed, with said banged up corners, are selling for double cost consistently......I would suggest your take is slightly outdated. There is 4-5 guys who's /499 parallel (highest) will sell for $100+. Lower obviously more $$.

Don't buy them.....wont hurt my feelings. I'd like a potential reorder once I move off 6k in TL boxes. Less people buy more opportunity I have to do so

See above. Last years are $150-175ish. Chase auto is 2-3k card. $16.....less than a blaster....in this market. Doesn't add up. Just my opinion, as I said above, don't let me talk you into buying them. If its not something you are into or familiar with.....smart to pass.

Appreciate it! Being able to get anything these days at MSRP is a treat now. The MC community has historically been helpful overall to others.

I’ve done a bit of research and yes, I’m convinced. At the very least we should double our money, although I only went with 10.
The only thing holding me back a bit is that there seems to be no way to know whether the tin contains a parallel or whether it is just a regular teamset tin... unless I’m missing something. Maybe they will add a sticker stating the tin contains an extra parallel card.

I’m so upset I didn’t get more of the TL sets. They were up for ages and I got 20. Dammit. Should’ve gotten more. I guess I don’t like free money
