I mean if you're guaranteeing it will 10 and will offer a refund + cost of grading if it doesn't come back a 10 I'd definitely be interested.

That is a bold statement. If someone buys it and grades it and it doesn't come back a 10 you will probably get it back with that comment.

ya know, sometimes i have to take a step back and realize that even tho they are grown men, they have a child's mentality. That's the card world we live in.
