Good list...

First thought, I'm a huge Ryne Sandberg fan... hard to believe he's the top #23 in baseball... but I also can't think of a better #23

Second thought... Roger Clemens at #21, not Roberto Clemente??? Hard to argue, but tough call! I honestly couldn't have told you the Rocket was #21, but I immediately thought of Roberto!

I put Ichiro over Randy Johnson for 51, but I may be biased.

And I wish I could say Hideki Matsui for #55!
Though that's far from happening.

Griffey was not good when he wore 30 and he only wore it from 2000-2005

30 should be Nolan Ryan. He was better wearing 30 than he was wearing 34.

Put Ortiz in for 34.

And I'd also put Rickey Henderson for #35 ahead of Niekro.

A lot of disrespect in here of a guy that's putting together one of the best statistical resumes ever and had possibly the best decade in baseball history.

I agree about Ichiro. I was contemplating this very issue with a die-hard baseball fan. He is the last person who deserves unanimous induction.
Randy was a monster. Tough call on #51

Just found this:

MLB's best player at each uniform number -- from No. 1 Ozzie Smith to No. 99 Manny Ramirez and every digit in between

Well, if we are giving biased opinions, I'll take Andre Dawson at #8.

Looking for Andre Dawson Serial numbered cards that are his jersey number - either #8 or #10. So looking for cards like 8/8 or 08/99 or 10/250.

I can see Joe D, but Bench??? I think because of how bad pujols has been people either never saw, or forget how absolutely dominant he was.
