Box had damage, so ripped it. Looks like I might have around $300 in base when adding in some $10-15 ones not pictured. Numbered cards all seem to have some condition issues. Not sure what they will go for...

I am loving the car parallel cards. I'm much more into the sheer engineering awesomeness of F1 than I am the personalities, so going to focus on cars for collecting purposes. Luckily those are the less preferred cards, so should be able to build a really nice collection without breaking the bank.

Not trying to be mean / rude / whatever, but there's no refueling in an F1 pit stop. Still, changing 4 wheels in under 2 seconds is damned impressive, and they go to great lengths to fine tune their pit stop performance.

Just got my box today. To rip or sell, that is the question! I know absolutely nothing about F1 Racing haha. I also knew very little about Soccer and pulled an Orange Fati from one of those sapphire boxes, so I guess we’ll see

Me too. I thought this set was going to be too pricey to get into, but the car cards and the secondary base cards make for nice affordable collectibles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I own 15 Topps/Bowman/GPK "Sapphire" boxes; I have never opened a Sapphire box, but I want to open this one.
I have zero knowledge of Formula 1. What "names" should I be looking for? Thanking you in advance. BTW, my TL boxes are still "processing" from April 20th. |

People opening up their boxes, and I see no signs of mine coming...
The box was in NJ two days ago, thought I'd get it on that day. Then, it skipped over my state and went to MA, now has been stuck there with no movement lol

Not to sound accusatory, but I don't think your thanks was 100% authentic and was dripping with sarcasm.
Did I do it right? Can we keep this chain going? In all seriousness, that entire thread of replies injected some nice levity into this thread. Kudos to all of you polite people. P.S. So... They used to refuel but don't refuel anymore, correct? |

Makes sense, felt sorry for the pit crew when the tire is loose and the car is out of the race. That must be a lonely feeling.
