Has anybody ever got a split return delivery from PSA? I only ask because I just received an express order back of 47 items and it only has 28 items in it. Should I be expecting a separate box coming hopefully Monday, with the rest of the items? Or is this something I need to get on the phone with PSA about?

Oh boy. Customer service seems to be closed on the weekend. Well this will be a stressful Saturday and Sunday!

The bright spot (if there is one) is the box they shipped them in is not physically big enough to hold the 47 slabs, so it's not like someone took them from the box...it appears they just weren't sent. Has anyone had something like this happen to them?

I’ve seen a few threads/comments where this has happened, most every time PSA has them sitting in the shipping department. Just make sure you have all your order information when you call.

You think they would have moved people into shipping from their receiving dept...

Ooofff, I’ve been in QA2 on an Express and have been checking for grades every couple of hours. Guess I should change to checking every couple of days 😂

Would think that with a single card express order they can push out the door in the same day or definitely in a week...but guessing it doesn't matter if an express order is one card or 50 cards they still treat them the same way in the order they got to QA2. It's not a case where "hey, there's 20 single card express orders sitting right behind these three 50 card express orders, let do the 20 singles first before tackling the three 50s so that we can have 20 happy customers instead of three". I mean if you're one of the customers with 50 cards and you got to QA2 first, you wouldn't want them to push you aside to take care of the 20 single card orders right? There's just no way to know what's ahead of one's order in QA2 or at any other step for that matter.

The only thing we can kind of believe in is the CTD and that they are up to March 4th on Express orders. If your express order was entered into the system say in April 1st, then there are 3 weeks of customers who's entered date was earlier and their express orders will get processed first in QA2 (assuming they've hit QA2 and not have some sort of delay/issued with their order prior to QA2). Plus, there's no way to know how many express orders were entered into each day preceding yours....it could be 10, 100, 1000. For Express complete through date, I think that date is going to be stalled for a while with March entered dates as that's the period of time during the "surge" (right before the last price hike on 3/1). It may take a month or longer to get past the orders sent in during the surge in terms of express orders.

They are still entering orders from the surge. All CTDs on Express and under are going to hit walls when they reach March and it won't clear up till end of May. Some levels (Value Modern) seemed like they hit a wall a long time ago and are losing days everyday. Its an absolute mess.

There is no way PSA is going to open up bulk in July, I’m guessing Regular/Express/etc might open. If PSA’s backlog is a year there’s no need to open till Jan 2022.

Agreed...very unlikely the value level will open this year so people with low end cards either continue to hold, sell raw or try one of the other services if time is a factor.

The upcharges were on five of the cards, four at regular ($50) and one at express ($75). There were three other cards that also didn’t fit under the $499 threshold, but no charge. The wait sucked, but the up charges were more than fair given the increase in value of the cards during that time.

Credited back the 5 cc vouchers and can be used when the level of service opens back up.

My 208 card bulk Ultra Modern submission from October had the list disappear two and a half days ago and it still hasn't popped. It's been in QA2 for over two weeks now.This was my first large bulk submission with PSA. I've subbed some economy/regular/express since this was sent. I'm hoping for maybe around 50% gem rate after seeing some of the harsh results lately, haha.

I had a 20 card express sub pop today. I did it through a 3rd party subber so not sure on exact dates. I do know the cards were at PSA no later than halfway through Feb and took forever for them to finally enter them.

Not exactly what I was hoping for lol. And unfortunately three of the bigger cards got the two 8s and a 9. A big chunk of this sub were 2020 Draft autos. I had noticed on the pop report that the grades in general have been very rough on these so I wasn't feeling particularly confident about those. One of my 10s was on a Prizm Herbert base. I was expecting a 9, possibly 8 on it. It's much worse centered than some of the autos I got 9s on. Plus the edges were rough.

Oh well. This was my first experience with PSA. I have done some BGS subs in the past. Always did much better than this with them. Out of 20 cards there might have been one 9. Certainly nothing lower. From now on I will inspect the bejeezus out of every card and only sub perfect ones. Lesson learned.

It's been in QA2 for over two weeks now.This was my first large bulk submission with PSA. I've subbed some economy/regular/express since this was sent. I'm hoping for maybe around 50% gem rate after seeing some of the harsh results lately, haha.

RandyB Member Join Date: Jul 2015 Posts: 3,116	I had a 20 card express sub pop today. I did it through a 3rd party subber so not sure on exact dates. I do know the cards were at PSA no later than halfway through Feb and took forever for them to finally enter them. (2) 8 (13) 9 (5) 10 Not exactly what I was hoping for lol. And unfortunately three of the bigger cards got the two 8s and a 9. A big chunk of this sub were 2020 Draft autos. I had noticed on the pop report that the grades in general have been very rough on these so I wasn't feeling particularly confident about those. One of my 10s was on a Prizm Herbert base. I was expecting a 9, possibly 8 on it. It's much worse centered than some of the autos I got 9s on. Plus the edges were rough. Oh well. This was my first experience with PSA. I have done some BGS subs in the past. Always did much better than this with them. Out of 20 cards there might have been one 9. Certainly nothing lower. From now on I will inspect the bejeezus out of every card and only sub perfect ones. Lesson learned.
