Just starting to see a steady flow of 10-20 items being listed last 20 nights of my 900ish cards sent in that were due on 4/13. Just happy to start having them listed although my 10 or so luis roberts prob should of just sold on ebay

Thank you for the response. That's good to know that one isn't derailed. I'm in the process of just settling for eBay for all online singles, buys and sells. I'm relieved to know I won't have to wait weeks for that spending cash to come through

I need some advices, I bought 350 cards for something like $1500 in the last 6 months on comc, so it's time to ask for a shipment.

I'm from France but I have an address in the US too, it's a better choice to ship to my US address?

There is a real difference between the shipping methods offered by comc?

I better ask for one big shipment or multiple shipment?

I think this has been part of my overall frustration. They were brilliant at one point of time and without them I probably would've left the hobby. Or at least I would only be breaking ever smaller amounts of wax and nothing else.

I live in Australia and buying singles from ebay just doesn't work. COMC allowed me to set build as well as prospect.

All I've ever wanted from them is communication. If they had been keeping in touch and letting me know that I would have to wait 6 months for my shipment I could've lived with that. But the lack of customer service is what has made me lose faith completely and I now have this feeling of gloom that I won't ever see those cards again. One shipment is 3 months past its ship date

This my last post in this thread. I too sincerely hope they can turn it around - if not for my sake then for the sake of those who are heavily invested in them. My posts about comc have been made out of sheer frustration. Even if I never see my cards again( perhaps they have a personal grudge against me) I do not want to see them eventually close. That would bring me zero joy.

I checked my eBay account this morning and every item I have seen so far has already migrated over to the new category without me having to do anything.

Has anyone tried to change a price to show a certain price on E-bay today? Just lowered a price on COMC to reflect on E-bay and it has not changed at all, and that was 2 hours ago. Moved one higher, and the same thing...no change. Usually it changes within minutes, if not seconds. My bookmark also was messed up, with cards "not relevant" in listings.

I have to assume this is because of Ebay's search/category listing overhaul yesterday? I sure hope COMC is aware of what happened and are working on it, because seeing the problems some people are having already on a smaller scale....

I noticed this as well, actually. Last night I noticed a card I had priced too low and bumped it up by $20 about twelve hours ago. I happened to also be browsing for similar cards of that player on ebay and noticed that my copy of that card was still my initial price before I bumped it up. Now that you mention it and I check again now, the price is still the same one I had before.

Heck, just now I delisted the card on COMC, gave it a minute or two, and it's still being shown as for sale on ebay. This is a 1/1, so it's not like there's any room for confusion about which card this is.

This is going to be extremely messy if they don't catch this, since they just cancel ebay orders if there's a discrepancy between the comc and ebay price. Get ready for a 25% negative feedback rate this month, I guess.

Yikes, the writing is on the wall for May. I am down 75% from a typical pace. The issues are starting to catch up with them and driving buyers away from both the platform and eBay.

The question remains, will they come back once things are "back to normal", or is the run completely over? I guess I'll stick it out until the end of 2021 and see what my next move is from there. I'm still on a 3 year streak of not loading more funds and curating my PC with flip profits.

From a buyer's perspective, I'll buy from them again in the near future. It's frustrating having to wait, but as a platform it checks off a lot of boxes that I'm happy with. Sportlots tend not to have any of the top rookies that I'm looking for, and it's convenient picking up twenty $10-20 cards a month and getting them all at once.

If anything, their slow turnaround time in getting new products on the site curbed some of my spending. I'm assuming this will get better in the future also, but I'm trying to complete the UFC Prizm set and was surprised after 2 weeks there aren't any cards on COMC. Same thing with some Select NFL rookies I was looking for.

I found an item on ebay that I went to COMC to purchase a month ago, that item was "live" on ebay for several more days that I know of. It is very likely that is causing a large number of the negatives. The last time I actively tested the ebay/comc price changing it took less than a minute to update. I just tested one of my items and lowering the price ended it instantly and took maybe a minute or so to reappear with the new price..

Did comc remove some shipping options lately?

Normally I only buy low end cards to fill my timberwolves binders so I'm okay with the $5 shipping with no tracking. Never had a problem.

But now I have a $300 card there and I need tracking. But the only option other than the $5 one is a $90 express option, which is too expensive.

I could swear there were some options in between no long ago. Did I dream this or did they remove some options lately?

Interesting... is there any chance this is because of an international address? I would think there would be cheaper options domestically, since $90 domestic is insane.

If you need to ship to an international address (which is a lot of people who use COMC), I wouldn't be surprised due to the times we're in (not as many international flights, etc.), but $90 does seem a little too high.

Just saw I was blocked by COMC on twitter, likely for being critical (no more critical than I am on here). It's like they just want to lose customers for no reason.

They have too many customers to handle so I guess their thought is lets try and alienate everyone we can to get down to a manageable customer load?
