They should have just sold a limited number of memberships so they could scale properly 4 months in and they are already falling way behind

I really doubt anyone saw the PSA shutdown coming.

CSG is trash. Probably won’t get my cards until 2022. So much for 30 days. I regret sending such a large order in. Never again.

CSG was already behind and they allowed to avalanche to happen. CGC Trading Cards was already 4 months behind, so they have no excuse for not knowing what would happen. CSG did not react to this, they just said give us all your cards.

CSG allowed this to happen and they had history to back this up. SGC thought they could handle the surge after PSA had their closure with Covid last year. They couldn't. PSA had information leaked that they were raising prices, so they were hit hard. When PSA closed SGC knew exactly what would happen so they raised prices to $75.

What did CSG do? When PSA closed they kept their prices the same even though they were already getting behind. When they decided to raise prices they have everyone a heads up, which no one knows how bad that will be yet. When they raised prices they only went up to $12, which is basically GMA pricing. CSG dropped the ball and if people here really think that the 133 working days is accurate for bulk after two months of receiving your package, you haven't been paying attention to grading at all for the last year.

Everyone gave me a hard time and said I was irrational and didn't know what I was talking about. How CSG is the best grading company in the world with unlimited resources and will stay on top of things. I stand by what I originally stated and my past posts are becoming reality.

no, its not a because they are behind deadlines on this. i just wanted to know why my economy showed scheduled for grading yet my standard only showed received. she said they are slabbing and was surprised. in fact they are way ahead on the economy and behind on the standard. they also had me pay for the economy as it was soon to ship and they needed to get Credit Card info to pay ( a lot of credit card info somehow did not transfer when they did an upgrade or something, mentioned many times here).

however, when asked she could not say why the economy got so far ahead of my standard. i think since they were in the same box they grabbed the wrong order and it got flip flopped on sub service.

They're not behind on my cards. 60 business days isn't until June 1st, so they're not really frustrating. In fact, I felt bad for even calling, but I got info!

I'm more frustrated at the fact I was charged for my order a month ago and since then nothing has moved, especially since Im from Canada I paid 220$ usd to ship the order back (cheapest way) and it wasn't even close to shipping.

My economy order is scheduled for grading. Day 40 is coming up next week, we'll see if they hit their original timeline.

I'm still sitting on 2 bulk orders I got in before the deadline, I'm tempted to call to get an estimate on bulks getting delivered now.

Here is a quick graph I put together for Bulk for CGC Trading Cards and CSG. The turnaround time in December for CGC was 60 days for bulk, but they are still working on December bulk submissions. So if you submitted when it said 80 working days for bulk, I wouldn't count on that.

They are doing well on express and economy on my orders. I’ve submitted 4 express and 1 economy. I’ve received 4 back and the 5th order is on the way. I started sending them cards in mid March. I am still waiting on my PSA express order that I sent in February.

Double check with them, when people gave the credit card info early on there system was only saving the last 4 #ers on the CC. I had to call for the first order and have been fine since and they did my credit for the membership

Yes. My first order I had to give them the CC info, even though they had the last 4 digit info from the membership purchase.

The last 2 CSG schedule grading charges, they posted to CC ok.

Both economy. 11 cards to test the waters with them. I did with SGC and never again due to ROI. I WILL not with HGA due to lottery and not really into the crazy looking, but some cool slabs. Trting to find by go too company for non-PSA due to cost cards.

I received my order today. Even though my 2 55 Bowman cards didn’t get graded/slabbed due to not having the correct case, I will be using them again. The cases look/feel really nice in my opinion.
