Ebay - buyers outside the US bidding on an item that is shipping to US only

Hi,

I'm selling a vintage t-shirt.

Although I specified that I'm shipping only to the US in my item description (https://www.ebay.com/itm/333997141526); the top 7 bidders (all different users) are all from Malaysia according to their ebay profiles; their feedback varies from 5 to 3,000+.

I'm probably naive, but if they don't have a US shipping address listed in their profile, are they still able to bid in the first place?
Don't I have international shipping turned off in my listing? (since it says shipping to the US only?).

(I've sent cards to drop shippers a handful of times with no issues)

They can use reshippers or the gsp still. They can have their shipping address linked to a reshiiper and still show registered in their country

yea they probably all have reshipper addresses out of Delaware or Oregon. all of my sales to China go to one of these locations.
