I loved these last uear, but gonna have to pass on this one. Came at a bad time, we're in the middle of buying a house and 10 waves is a LOT compared to 5. Good luck everyone.

Is there seriously no way to differentiate the unopened boxes from each wave in last year's release? I purchased four boxes of each wave, but I do not currently have a way to tell them apart.

Same, but got it last night. Series 1 might be sneaky good whenever it pops up with low production and the fact it is completely under the radar at this point

Wow, thats very odd. They're supposed to replace AB/10, no? Great hit, though. Honestly, I'd personally prefer them all to be unnumbered. But if they're supposed to be, then they should be.

by far the lowest print run of any t206 wave since the beginning of last year. i would be shocked if the net wave exceeds 10K

it's worth noting (and i admit i'm just noticing this now) that cycle back and lenox brown only say "limited to 25" and "limited to 10," whereas only ty cobb back says "foil stamped #/1." so it's possible only cobbs are serial-numbered from now. that would be kind of a bummer! not a huge loss but kind of lazy on topps' part imo

I worry where we're going to be by the time Wave 10 rolls around. Getting some of the rarer parallels could be next to impossible.

Got my 20 packs of 2021 wave1 today. I had forgotten how fun they are to rip and sort. I got one base set and 2 cards shy of a second (Bohm and Devers). Was short enough on Piedmont to make me rethink doing the set (need 30), but think I’ll tough It out. Got two nice Braves cards for the PC. All is for trade except Braves cards, base set, and non-duplicate Piedmont. Mainly looking to finish the Piedmont set so those get priority in trade.
Cycle- Fried, Bubic
Black Plate Back Omission- Fried, Teixera (These are much easier to spot than the front plate omissions from last year)
Old Mill- Jose Ramirez
Sovereign- Bohm, Robert
Sweet Caporal- Devers, Johnson, Moran, Mountcastle, Olson, Palmer
