Sure people can, especially in this day and age. Look at how many people actually still believe that the election wasn't legitimate based on what they read on social media that had no solid evidence whatsoever. Look at all the rumors that were posted about Covid and the vaccine that had some people not taking either seriously. We're at an age where people won't believe in overwhelming evidence if it goes against their opinion or basic beliefs. As much as we hope others have more common sense they will believe the information put forth that makes them happy about being right whether fabricated or not

I mean, COMC is lucky that this was a neutral "Never received item. Requested refund after almost a month. Refund was given but no communication at all up until that point." I have gotten a negative for lesser. COMCs feedback keeps sinking. I am amazed that I still have to go through the BBB just to get a response to my emails.

I just received a shipping notification as well, for my rushed shipment order due to ship 4/29 (around 800 cards, many epack Masterpieces, so large order). This is right after I started contacting UD customer service regarding COMC’s failure to deliver their epack cards in physical form as advertised. I’d like to think this did something to trigger the shipment, but it was probably just random timing and a coincidence. UD did ask for the COMC shipping order # and said they would contact COMC to have the order shipped out ASAP....but again, who knows.

Well they did ship 100,000 cards a week or so ago, up from a capacity of 50,000 at the time Tim did his video interview.

Done with COMC until they get it together... At this point, doesn't feel like that will be anytime soon. If ever. 30% off sale starts shortly. Most are already lowest price on site.

My rushed order was 2 weeks late, so I emailed them and got a reply back within an hour saying they'd refund my $60 shipping charge. Maybe some things are starting to improve slowly

I've sent a weekly email for the last month asking for my Economy Rushed to be refunded and not a single reply.

I got the same notification about 15 days ago and still no tracking. Expresspost rushed and still waiting. Have a feeling they ship to their Canadian site first and then ship out to the Canadian addresses, which makes no sense at all.

I guess it was just luck of the draw this time. I sent them plenty of emails about a November shipment that was almost 2 months late.

I put “Refund” in the subject so maybe that helped

I have been debating doing some "Rushed" shipping as they call it now. (I believe this used to be called "Economy Rushed".) I need to bulk up some local/non sport inventory for some card shows I will be doing over Summer. I have managed to save up about $300 in my store credit for the last month and a half worth of sales. Has anyone had any luck with the middle tier service? It's quoted at 22 days but I am sure that is a best case scenario. Overall I am probably going to try and get anything of value I have bought off COMC then just blow out the rest in a crazy sale. I don't really feel comfortable keeping anything of value on their site at this point even anything worth more than a dollar or two. I don't see things ending well with them.

I'm a week overdue with their middle tier service. Was supposed to arrive last week...hasn't even shipped yet. I'm trying to get everything of value off the site as well. I think there are a lot of us thinking like that.

About this Well they did ship 100,000 cards a week or so ago, up from a capacity of 50,000 at the time Tim did his video interview. I wonder if that is per week, month, year or since 1/1/2021. It appears my 275 cards were not included. (1/6/2021 request cheapest way)

I did get replies from them for questions I asked in Feb.

COMC just returned two cards purchased in early January. Not big cards but 1 worth more now than it was then. They need to stop just adding the card at the original price into the port because if I hadn't seen the email right away someone would get a deal on it.
