Fake Luka PSA slab?
I thought they switched to the lighthouse hologram before 2018-19 Prizm came out. Is this a fake slab/label?

its probably NOT a fake slab.
its been discussed a few times before. yes, cards dated since June 2017 (certs around 274XXXX) I believe were switched over to the new lighthouse label. HOWEVER, large bulk submitters were "forced" to accept older existing stock of the remaining hologram labeled slabs as part of their bulk discount during the transition, including well into the 4XXXXXXX cert numbers (skipped all but a few rare 3XXXXXXX certs). Notably, 4SC cards of the period were noted for this and I own a few card with certs in this range which retained the older hologram labels but well after the switch, even though they were graded more recently. I spoke with another large bulk subber on ebay who confirmed that, to their disgust, they were forced to accept the older hologram slabs in order to retain their full discount. This makes the cards easy to spot (larger volume subbers) during this time period. certs in the 430XXXXX range were probably towards the very last of the hologram slabs before the full switch to the lighthouse labels entirely. but its definitely conceivable that this cert was a carryover from the hologram stock at the time. if the PSA cert lookup shows its a hologram, as shown above, you're like 99% good. here is one of my post lighthouse label, yet hologram slabbed cards from 4SC.
