does it usually take 6 months to get your redemption cards from Topps? - Page 2

Redeemed a Bowman mega refractor last Tuesday. Got it yesterday. So less than 2 weeks. I was surprised.

I had a 2014 luis aparicio auto redemption from topps series one that i bought on ebay for under $10 shipped. He basically stopped signing months after that release.

So i paitiently waited and eventually forgot about it until i tried to make a replacement request last january.

The card had been in the system for so long that i couldn't make a request online, i had to have topps CS manually make the replacement.

I still haven't gotten the replacement.

So I keep the redemption open and remind Topps every chance I get, Would have been easier to make the card or even offer a replacement similar to the players and autos. When you call they say they will look for similar value but cant guarantee any sport, team or player.......

Is museum collection on card autos?

With his health fading, they may not have been able to get him to sign on card. And those stickers may be from years earlier.

Hell, Topps had stan musial sticker autos last year! And he's been dead for almost 8 years!

I’ve had some show up in a couple of weeks and some show up in a couple of years. My daughter’s 2012 TTT Verlander White Whale relic auto got delivered in 2016.

I still have 10 redemptions from Topps over 4 years old and I have one at Panini from 2013. I've contacted both companies and neither will offer replacements at this time.

Wow... 4 years??? Multiple that've taken more than that? Sounds like something that's kinda illegal... you're selling people something and not delivering on it... give me a 1/3 of my money back.

The card is 2014 Bowman Scouts Breakout Chrome Auto Die Cut Refractor of Tayron Guerrero. I'm kind of holding out due to principle he had a 2018 Topps Chrome & 2019 Tier One Auto so he does sign.

Read the fine print, they can send you a pack of Topps base and call it even.

Remember when Topps made replacement redemption cards to settle longstanding redemptions? A whole lotta people for Gordon Beckham sticker autos as a result.

Has anyone had a case where the player returned a card to Panini, and Panini published it in their redemption update... but didn't send it out for a lengthy period? I saw my card (#'d to 10) was signed and returned to Panini in January, I dont get why they'd hold onto it for 5 months+
