You think they’ve been holding back & controlling their Express update, for today? Lol. Pretty obvious as we know they didn’t grade weeks worth of Express cards in a day. IF they open up Express, it’s not going to be cheaper. 1. Why would they lower it knowing they are going to get slammed either way. 2. If they do lower it, it’s a kick in the nuts to the guys that have been waiting on subs from last year still.

The biggest kick in the nuts I've seen is someone on a group today posted their bulk order entered April 19,2021 is already graded and shipping back to them

I think they've been at that date for a while now but didn't reveal it on the CTD grid until today in order to buy themselves as much time as possible. They know we're following along and if they had posted that big jump one or two weeks ago it'd have telegraphed their intentions come 7/1 (which many have surmised would be opening Express back up), thus giving everyone a window to start prepping their subs and having the floodgates literally open today or tomorrow. They'll still get slammed, don't get me wrong. But delaying an inevitable swell is in their best interest and this is their "sneaky" way of doing just that.

Got that fixed for you. I’m satisfied they’re going to continue focusing on hammering the backlog instead of taking a bunch of new subs. They’re now largely caught up on everything above value service which bodes well for getting the value and special subs moved through. I’m somewhat confident everything i sent in 2020 will be done in a few months.

I think these past months have been focused on the express, regular and economy orders. Now that these are essentially complete, the bulk should move fairly quickly. I doubt they will get many extra cards at the $200 express level.

Also, what is with that big jump with the Collectors Club Vouchers?

Probably what they are doing, my last regular order that was entered in May is in grading already. I'm willing to bet they reopen Regular at $100 in starting in August.

In October, I submitted under Value Modern and Value Ultra Modern. Service level for these submissions read "Deal". What does that mean?

I can assure you I have multiple Economy in the Research phase between 11/25/2020 and 4/29/2021 that aren't even at the grading step yet. I would have to assume the "COMPLETE" is a display error.

I know dealer tiers are not included in CTD, but just for the record I have two Express orders through dealers ($75 a card) from February and March, that are still in grading and have been for the longest time.

That means you're not getting your cards back until 2023 so just "deal" with it.

Based on Steve Sloan's message today it looks like maybe they are just counting non-bulk orders on the CTD's, which would be a bit frustrating, as it was the only insight to the process anyone had. Retail Economy would imply to me that they decide to just show progress on non-bulk orders, maybe so visually it looks better, but it makes no sense. None of it makes any sense.

Their entire system is backwards. The people they cut deals to, who are likely frequent and volume submitters, are omitted from the CTD tracker. If these are the people they cut deals to due to their loyalty to PSA where is the loyalty in return?

Every auction house gets deals on pricing as well as turnaround time and I am sure they are not subject to this CTD BS. One more example of how this company just rolls over the majority of the people who have made them who they are.
