I have never avoided a RD card. I think they are cool to have and serve as a little piece of history.

I would rather have the "true rookie" over the RD, but I am not going to treat it as garbage.

Not everyone is selling for a negative reason (perceived highpoint, lost confidence, can only go down)...I am selling 5 nice Tatis PSA 10's because I bought 2 nicer (more expensive) Tatis PSA 10 cards.

For those looking at this card, I am 80% sure the back is severely OC. Some of these were cut with the back misaligned T/B. The front centering alone does not warrant a 8 subgrade and it's a bit suspect there is no back image.

PS - That Icons that I bought looked somebody had handled it after eating a cheeseburger - there were finger prints all over 100% of the edges. Here's to hoping some grubby fingerprint removal will yield a nice score from the PSA team.

The icons 10 is such a hard card to get into a CS1 without getting prints on it. There are also PSA graders that refuse to give any framed card a 10 - just utter refusal. I hope you gem it!

I'd walk away very happy with a 9 - wouldn't be sad at a 10 either!

I definitely could use the extra money right now and yeah I think once everyone sends in what they have when PSA re-opens. Prices will go back down. But who knows. If he wins MVP. Prices could stay up and go even further. Truly a wonderful time. Just glad I bought a ton of cards last year when everyone was selling for the low. Especially after his brutal August-September.

I started buying a bunch of ungraded cards as well while he only had around 7 home runs back in May and have been purchasing more expansive cards since. I think down the line, he can average a home run every two games with such an easy swing and can be the one to break Barry Bonds single season home run record without PED / juice.

Mine doesn't compare to some of the collections posted here, but I managed to capture some rare ones early on. I wish I would've sent to PSA, but after some of recent results, I think I'll wait.

Anyway - I'm waiting for this hurricane to hit (in Tampa). Wish us luck!

Any love for the Angels team set RC, #A-17? It seems like it's fairly hard finding one without white corners b/c of the packaging it came in. I ended up ordering one, having a Topps RC with him batting was a major draw for that card.
