This is how the bowman chrome card should be viewed, if only looking at ROI
PSA 9 sells for $400 ($200-300 grading cost) PSA 10 is not a sure thing SGC 10 sells for around $200 (variable) grading cost around $30. Not an SGC fan, but the ROI is better bs PSA that is sent now. |

Wisdom. There are wrong card purchases on the right players and wrong prices on the right cards. Use discernment and logic or run the risk of getting burnt badly when it all shakes out. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Normally I would agree that it’s a bad idea to buy at the peak, but he has the HR Derby and AS game coming up which, at the very least, will give him more exposure. And that’s if he has a mediocre performance. What if he wins the derby and/or plays really well in the AS game? Then factor in that he has to be a pretty clear front-runner for the MVP and will most likely win if he stays healthy and continues to play well. Obviously anything can happen, but I think there is a good chance today’s prices will look cheap in a few months. At least I hope so!

Anyone in here have a raw ‘18 BC Ohtani refractor they can compare to a non-refractor? Curious if the refractor is a bit wider.

There’s plenty of room for growth, but I see some big money flying to interesting places in the Ohtani market. It may ALL go up in the end, but I wouldn’t want to unnecessarily expose myself to big risk on cards that aren’t generally viewed as significant from a comparative standpoint. Discretion will pay off. Ohtani is still a buy, but some cards right now are just better for the money than others. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Never thought I'd see a Trinity manufactured "patch", which is just a screen-printed jersey or maybe a hat, upon closer inspection approach the $5,000 mark but here we are. Already $4,500 with more than 3 days left... I do have to wonder if this is being shilled considering there's nothing particularly special about it, and it is unlicensed. Where does this end at, $10K? $15K or more? |

Anyone know the print runs on the 2018 Archives SSPs? I remember reading some where that the Soto no signature PR was around 50 or so. Ohtani the same? Pulled this from a blaster box last year (sorry terrible at math)

So what IS the “flagship rookie” card of him then? There are so many base card options!

Fletcher is up to .300 again and batting lead off. With Ohtani raking, man they could use a Trout in the 2 hole.

Then what happens if a pitcher breaks the Bonds steroid record? Which he could do if he stays this hot, as temperatures rise balls fly further.
