Oddball 57T Basketball and 71T Trios non-stickers

The 1957's are Lennie Rosenbluth and Jack McMahon, but as you can see, these don't have the name/team banner on the front, and they are blank on the back.

The 1971 Trios aren't stickers like they are supposed to be, and there is no cut line separating the players or the logos like on the normal Trios. I have a bunch of these and they're in really nice condition, but PSA sent them back as NOHOLDER.

Any idea what these actually are?

Those look like proofs. I think they were originally sold through Guernsey's years ago. Here's an example of one (Bob Houbregs) that was matted and framed along with the contract and payment check from Topps:
