Goldin Summer Premium Auction (2021) - Price Predictions?

With yesterday's blowout sale (see what I did there) of an 86 Fleer Jordan PSA 10 for $840,000, thought it would be interesting to see how (if at all) this might affect high-end cards coming up for Goldin's next auction (to coincide with National's).

Price predictions anyone? Here are a few noteworthy lots:

1. 1986 Fleer #57 Michael Jordan RC - PSA 10 - https://goldinauctions.com/1986_87_F...-LOT90413.aspx

Will be interesting in light of the aforementioned (record price?) sale

2. 2003-04 UD Ultimate LeBron James /250 - BGS 9.5 - https://goldinauctions.com/2003_04_U...-LOT98940.aspx

Autograph is a perfect bold blue and well-centered (becoming harder to find). Also older serial # + True Gem.

3. 2007-08 UD Black Michael Jordan/LeBron James Game Used Patch + Auto - PSA - https://goldinauctions.com/2007_08_U...LOT101177.aspx

Just an awesome looking card

4. 2004-05 Panini Sports Mega Cracks #71 Lionel Messi RC - PSA 10 - https://goldinauctions.com/2004_05_P...LOT103423.aspx

One sold for 336k last month. What happens with this copy?

(Don’t even ask the blowout member that sold it to me where I paid installments for 6 months to get to the $3,500)

The PSA 10 Magic/Bird RC should be in the OP. There's also a BGS 9 KD Exquisite RPA /35.

It’s pretty much the same as the example that just ended with PWCC. Unfortunately sits a bit under the guard on the right.

The 2003 Exquisite Emblems of Endorsement BGS 9.5 Jordan is the cream of the crop. Not many cards out there that can top that. We just saw the Jordan Limited Logos PSA 9 sell for $780k, Emblems of Endorsement PSA Auth for $360k, Number Pieces BGS 8.5 for $216k, and the Auto Patch BGS 9.5 w/ 2 color patch sell for $144k.

It will be wild to see what this closes at, even with just a 2 color patch.

I will just say that my #1 target is already more than what I thought I could win it for, and that’s before even accounting for BP and tax.

It looks like they read your post, because they updated the photo. It's still slightly off center, but doesn't look as bad as original photo.

Some really gorgeous Kobe Eminence cards. All very low numbered, too. The near complete Exquisite RPA set is also intriguing.

Separately, I've seen BGS 8.5s with better eye appeal than PSA 10s haha.
