I'm like 95% the animation style of the "sperm expert" (sperm = descendants) was based on the "Milo" figure from the band's famous album covers.

I thought that too. I don’t remember the exact wording but one of the first things he asks Natasha is what does “he” say about me. At least that’s what I took from that scene.

Exact wording:

RG: Natasha, come here I want to ask you something. Come, it's important.
BW: What?
RG: Did he talk to you about me?
BW: What?
RG: Did he talk to you about me? You know trading war stories.
BW: Who, what are you talking about?
RG: Captain America, my great adversary in this great theater of geopolitical conflict. Not so much a nemesis more like a contemporary you know? A co- equal. I always thought there was a great deal of mutual respect.

I know The Red Guardian is bombastic and a liar. The writers have made that perfectly clear. But as worded and played out this feels to me like RG genuinely remembers interactions between him and Cap. This could just be Marvel dropping bread crumbs or it could be absolutely nothing.
