BGS stop reply my questions. so far no any compensation to me for their mistake to lost my cards. what a bad damn service.

They said they found my cards finally, after I question all of them every week for 3 months.
It seems like they shipped my cards to wrong people.
I found that it is important to search help to right manager.
Some always no help because they were remote staff, but some could help you directly in headquarter of BGS.
Now I hope that the wrong people could return my cards honestly

after I ask for help by email and phone call to every sale managers of BGS and said I would offer rewards to the one find my cards

I really hope the person that has your cards does the right thing and ships them back to BGS. What a shame. I feel really bad for you, because the stress/anxiety you must have/be feeling has to be unhealthy.

Stay positive and if the person doesn't send the cards back to BGS, let the community know who he is. (perhaps, he isn't even a card collector for all we know, but more than likely he is)

my cards came back today. I have to thank.to Aram especially. he found the problem and help me to take them back. he is really a nice guy.

That is definitely true. What is the rule for BGS? I've never subbed with them but there is a clear difference between PSA and SGC on declared values. For PSA submissions, you need to declare the value after its graded and with SGC its the value of the card raw.

I am currently dealing with this, but with PSA instead of BGS. The cards were valued at $5,000 and cost a little over $1,000 to get them graded. Will update soon.

I feel bad for the OP, valuing a $15,000 order at only $300.
