They said they found my cards finally, after I question all of them every week for 3 months.
It seems like they shipped my cards to wrong people. I found that it is important to search help to right manager. Some always no help because they were remote staff, but some could help you directly in headquarter of BGS. Now I hope that the wrong people could return my cards honestly Last edited by rookkied; 07-16-2021 at 10:49 PM. |

Stay positive and if the person doesn't send the cards back to BGS, let the community know who he is. (perhaps, he isn't even a card collector for all we know, but more than likely he is) |

Now, inquiring minds want to know, what were the cards and what grades did you receive? |

No kidding! How quickly murder and death came up makes me think these must be some super rare MJs or LeBrons!

The moral of the story is to declare the correct value.

That is definitely true. What is the rule for BGS? I've never subbed with them but there is a clear difference between PSA and SGC on declared values. For PSA submissions, you need to declare the value after its graded and with SGC its the value of the card raw.

I am currently dealing with this, but with PSA instead of BGS. The cards were valued at $5,000 and cost a little over $1,000 to get them graded. Will update soon.
I feel bad for the OP, valuing a $15,000 order at only $300. |
