Target Online Sales Thread

Asked it before and will ask again, why is there never anything on walmart.com? Less indemand items will stay on target.com, often for days. Walmart immediately sells out of Upper deck hockey and Topps heritage?

I’m guessing because “People of Walmart” extends to online shoppers as well.

Multiple red cards not hard. Just add max number of authorized users per card, which I think is 4 or 5. So one credit and one debit = 8 or 10 profiles.

It seems they loaded these well in advance. Prizm NBA and others showed on the page at least 20 minutes prior. It was basically an announcement that it was coming. I had it in my saved for later cart, hit the buy on it three times and failed. I couldn't really have been any more prepared and still missed out

Depends on your intentions. Probably a fun rip at SRP, but don’t expect to make much (if any) profit flipping. Once you factor in fees, shipping, etc. there’s not a lot of meat left on the bone.

I like it because the cards look nice and the parallels are decent and there’s the possibilities of autos and the on campus cards. Seems like a no brainer at msrp. Just wish more VT guys would be represented

I bought 3 last week and they just showed up today - they are the Gold Ice versions. I didn’t buy any of the new ones that went up today though, so I’m not sure what they’ll be shipping.

People are going to trash college jerseys but from a pure monetary standpoint, I can only speak for myself that I’ve done quite well in moving everything. I’ve been buying the max 30hangers, 6megas, 10blasters and I’ve managed to move it all except a few lingering hangers that I’ll probably rip once my preseason hype kicks in. Cello boxes just came in yesterday but I assume it will be a similar story. I think of a product like Prizm draft as breadcrumbs. You can rip early and sell singles (make a tiny profit) or flip boxes (make a tiny profit). Nba Prizm or select football is all the rage because instead of breadcrumbs you’re getting the whole slice of pie instantly. But, right now I would argue most products are worthwhile financially at MSRP. People are buying series 2 and flagship UD hockey and making a few bucks.

From collecting standpoint on Prizm draft, hangers are best value I think and have the on campus cards. Megas (Target version only) are amazing with the 22 gold ice and 1 gold ice auto. Haven’t opened my cello boxes yet so can’t rank those. Target mega > hanger > Walmart mega > blaster for the other formats I’ve opened

I'm not sure why Target lets you add 5 additional cardholders. That seems like a loophole Target can easily close if they wanted. I get adding one for the sig other, but why 5?? I think this is where the bots are exploiting getting multiple orders in, other than a slight change of address.

I suppose your credit limit is still the same no matter if there is one cardholder or 6 shared cardholders. But choosing a debit RedCard gets around that, I think (no limit).

Haven't seen that work for bots. Max has been 6 for these bot groups from the pics they love to share.

Wouldn’t they all have the same account number? Doesn’t seem to make sense to have 5 account numbers for the same account… so it’s like using the same card… what am i missing?

It would be different card nunbers and that's how Targets system is setup. They just care about different card nunbers and accounts.

I've always enjoyed prizm draft. I'm a basketball collector, but outside of that I'm a college football nut. Love this product. The value to sell some cards is always there until the first NFL uniform comes out. Top QB's always maintain solid value.
