You should call them. For your first sub with them, they have some ridiculous process where, even though you supplied the credit card info online, they still need you to call them. And for some reason they don't make it clear that you have to call them. Just ask for accounting and ask if they have your credit card info.

Anybody know what date packages we are seeing being entered into the system right now?
5/21 delivered USPS, shows delivered in their tracker thing, not showing with my other submissions. Has express and economy, labeled the outside of the box as such.

According to the website, they are opening packages submitted the week of May 3rd.

You probably confused them with writing express and economy outside the box.

I just did an express and it was entered as received within a couple of days.

Got my invoice for a 58 card bulk sub through KK_sportscards. Sent and entered the week they announced the price raise. Getting it back next week

I'm still finding really good value buys for CSG slabs. I've managed to pick up some really cheap CSG 9s and 9.5s that I'm planning to hold for a while. Some of the bigger cards I've noticed have sold for good prices, like a 2018 Chrome Update Soto CSG 9.5 that sold for under PSA 10 prices but well over PSA 9 prices. I think the window of time before the CSG values get to par with BGS and SGC is getting shorter.

CSG Will not grade AEW All In cards even though PSA does find that kind of funny and there excuses for not grading them it's just laughable so if anyone has them and planning on sending them... don't

My order that was keyed in by my submitter the day before the price hike was picked up yesterday. I will get them tomorrow. He noticed one card missing and 2 label errors. I will go through them right away tomorrow as I found 6 errors in the last batch. 5 were parallel omissions and 1 was a year error. Also, the 12 missing cards from the last order were included in what I will get tomorrow.

If they haven’t charged your CC yet you should call their billing department and make sure your paid up. They had a small issue recently with CC info transferring from the online applications. Once your paid up you should see grades pretty quick.

Yes, this morning I asked and they said they need my CC info again. Took my number but already had my exp date so not sure what's up with that.

I do think that long-term, CSG cards graded 9, 9.5, and 10 will fetch good value. We're already seeing how hard it is to get a 10 with this company and good ratios crossing 9.5s to 10s at other companies (many SGC and a few PSA so far).

However, as submission fees go north of $20 per card, that value loses some of its luster. They have a sweet spot in the $15 range for bulk that they should embrace.

What if I have cards submitted at different Tiers in the same shipment?

What if there is a non-sports card in the shipment? Can I ship them with the sports cards?

Do I mark the box with the higher tier?

Mark the box with the highest tier, different tiers are fine. Just make sure to have the cards in the order of the packing slip.

The shipping addresses are different CGC vs. CSG for USPS so I would assume you can’t ship them together although they have the same address for FedEx/UPS. I would just call and ask.
