To think the market is at double that price now (or close to triple at some places), it's crazy.

How exactly will this (one product) 'kill' retail flippers? You think people are borrowing against their home to buy what limited wal mart stock they can find?

I think people are over extending their selves buying retail. Many people are going to get stuck holding this product.

Well buying in general, not just retail. I think a lot in general were riding the wave recently.

Stuck? They can sell at the prices they paid for it. Or sell at a minor loss and move on with life.

If they've been able to buy and flip absolute retail football, score football, and last year's topps update I have no doubt they'll be able to get rid of this topps chrome junk too.

I have zero desire to flip the product. I'll be opening it.

The continued hope for re-sellers to suffer financial ruin for buying blasters is hysterical. What ruin? They aren't purchasing a completely undesirable product like Score Football or something.
