Default Buyer to block ermen7692

Hi folks,

I sold ohtani's lot on bay the buyer give me bad feedback cause my packaging was bad and the cards not perfect.

I put always this disclaimer on my listing:

Be aware buyers it is not a graded card so the card is not perfect please don't bid if you open file or ask for return. You can see the pictures for details or if you have any question feel free to DM me.

i have always do my packaging like this. The card stay put and nothing move into container. I have always good feedback.

The buyer never contact me before the feedback and the refund request. I asked him to provide pictures and no answers.

be careful with him ermen7692

Already ask help with ebay.

How did you package the cards?

Personally think it's bad form to leave negative feedback before giving the seller a chance to make it right.

To be honest I also think it's bad form to jump on the forum every time a member doesn't like a buyer so we can all block him without getting both sides of the story. Can't Ebay suspend your account for doing that to a buyer?

Contact ebay, I did this once when I had a crappy buyer and they deleted the negative feedback after me explaining what happened, buyer never contacting you, look at ur feedback history, etc... they'll probably take care of u. I just did it through their chat thing

I used Topps method. When i received my cards with Topps i use the clear lid boxes with foam the cards stay put and nothing move.

The buyer never contact me before the refund or feedback and no answers about alleged cards damaged when i asked.
