I agree, this product should be valued under 2020. But, you list something online only, MC pre-sale and people will be climbing over themselves to buy.

I bet these boxes hit 350 easy, everything is selling for over what it should these days.

People keep saying these don't have auto's, but they do. They're just not 1/box but they are a possibility.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that to be the case.

How do you know this doesn't have autos? The box advertisement on the image is identical to last years calling out "1 parallel per box". The description text on Topps site states "find at least 1 parallel per box".

How do I know this has autos? I definitely don't, but trending shows that we will most likely see 1 base refractor per box, and 1 or more additional parallels. With last year, it turned out to be 1 base refractor AND a colored parallel. Autos were rare, and unadvertised. I would not be surprised if we see a very similar insert rate as last years with a fairly small checklist (Ex: under 150 cards)

Yep, should be the same as last year. One per 6 box case. And the auto list last year was really nice overall.

Lots of fear about the rookie class, but look at what a lot of the key vet names are selling for in 2020. This is NOT a rookie driven product, this is a player/team collector driven product where people can make really nice looking rainbows of superstar players.

TBH, given all the stimulus money that's been dumped on us in the last year and how impossibly impossible it's been to find certain products ... I get it, $200 seems high, but it's actually nice to just be able to buy stuff again.

What I don't understand is the 1-box-per-buyer mess. Make it 2-4 to cut down on shipping cost per box. $15-40 to ship a single box is just dumb.

"If I decide not to open it, I can sell it on ebay for $270 and break even. I'll still get 2% back from my credit card rewards and 3% from TopCash, plus a bunch of reward points I can use for topps now card(s)."

As weird as it sounds, if they let me buy more, I probably would buy in at $200.

I was able to make a set minus 2 commons last year with three boxes, and I enjoy opening multiple boxes of a product. Buying one at $200 isn't attractive, but if they open it up tomorrow with a higher limit, I might jump in.

Agreed - Topps and shipping costs never made sense to me.

Always funny when I receive 10 envelopes in the mail, each with one card in them from Topps. Easily $4-5 each to ship by the time you add in the plastic cases and such.

Combine my orders and ship all 10 cards for $6 instead of dropping $40 to send each individually.

Topps won't change anything because of 6 guys saying its overpriced.

As previously stated it's very unlikely. They have their plan in place and this will still sell out without them having to tweak settings in their system, send out a new email etc.

Quickly looking on their site for 2021 Baseball I only saw Ginter boxes avail.

Card market is still hot.

This is a set where autos are by far not the value. It's meant to be for set builders/collectors and with that, when you have players that are highly collectible, the numbered stuff is what brings the value. Don't get me wrong, because the autos last year were rare, they have a command to them. But nobody was buying a box of Flashbacks to exclusively hit an auto.

When a single $200 box doesn't even get you 50% of a base set, it's not a set-builders product....

Id predict that the bounties will probably at least reach $300 if not more. Worse case probably you could sell locally.
