Never had any problems with Econony shipping until now. My Lite Boxes have been stuck in Houston since Thursday with no movement. I was supposed to get my boxes today. I'm in South Texas so they're close...but it's aggravating that it hasn't moved

My original Chrome Hobby & Blaster order just left Chino purgatory today after sitting in it for a week. Finally transferred to USPS on the stated day of delivery which was today. If you're in Chino with a delivery date of next week, consider adding two days to the delivery.

Chrome Lite still not delivered. Finest Flashbacks still hasn't shipped.
Oh and FedEx lost my box of UEFA Chrome Sapphire and Topps won't send a replacement. They said they'd file a claim so that I could at least get my $300 back, but that was weeks ago and silence... |

there's a fedex facility in Michigan that has like 10 packages on their way to me including the two from Topps. Some have been sitting at that facility since the 7th.

Is there anything we can do about these delays or will Topps just say they shipped it, not their fault? It seems like it must have been some kind of issue on their end if these packages have all stopped at random locations for several days?

I thought the shipping problem was due to all the inclement weather in my area, but it sounds like most everyone is experiencing some issues, even out West. Topps must have made some sort of arrangement to have some really crappy/slow/unreliable service for cheaper to cutdown on overhead. I would blame it on USPS but this problem seems to now be with fedex too. UPS has been the only semi-reliable service for me, but they've lost their fair share of packages. I've been filing a fair number of credit card claims the past month due to non-delivery. Make sure you all are paying with a reliable credit card company and file your claims.
