local walmart stocked heavy today, including chrome megas. they have been sitting for 12+ hours and like 3 of the 8 or so they received have been bought.

Received my two online exclusive boxes of TC “Lite” from Topps.

I think the B/W Diamonds are supposed to fall four to a box, but I had one with six, plus the auto below. Enjoyed the rip.

Highlights:
Aqua Wave /199: Greinke
Negative Refractor: Eloy & S. Gray
14 Refractors, including Jazz & Crone RCs
7 Prism Ref (best Bohm RC)
10 B/W Diamond Refs (best one deGrom)
Plus this Contreras RC auto

I typically stay away from chrome cards (just a personal preference for regular paper stock) but after seeing the B&W diamond refractor I really wanted to snag that parallel of Greinke as he’s my guy and I’ve been waiting for the right parallel of his 2021 card to pick up. I think it’s one of the coolest parallels I’ve seen and it’s almost like outer space or something and the way that there is no real background as well as having the diamond pattern extending past the borders. It creates a really neat sense of depth and almost a 3D look that I really like. Because of the appearance I’ve personally dubbed it the “Spaceball” parallel

If it's any consolation my boxes shipped economy on Thursday have traveled a total of 65 miles taking the scenic route through PA Dutch country. When Topps finally ships your order, at least the boxes should arrive in great shape having had less opportunity for Fedex to use them as a volleyball or stepstool.

A tale of 2 shipments. I ordered both a Hobby box and a Lite box from Topps.com - I chose economy shipping for both. I live in Western PA

The Hobby Box made it from Scranton to my door in 1 day (essentially overnight shipping). It left Scranton on a Wednesday was at my door before noon on Thursday

The Lite box (took about 2 weeks just to process as we all know). Shipped on September 8th. For some reason, went past western PA to Grove City Ohio. Where it has stayed since the 9th (Thursday morning).

Mine has also been in Grove City OH since Thursday. Luckily I live 15 miles from there and my scheduled delivery is by the end of today. We'll see.

Posted this in the Montgomery Thread..my Lite Boxes have been stuck in Houston with no movement since Thursday. I live in South Texas so it's frustrating how close they are to me yet seems so far

Yep....my boxes have been stuck in Belleville, MI (one hour away from me) since the 7th.

It's my Lite boxes, hobby boxes, and blasters....very frustrating.

For people in the past that have had boxes stuck in one location for a while, did they eventually show up? I have 2 Lite boxes stuck in Orlando since the 4th. They scan twice a day, but never leave Orlando.

Topps and fanatics fedex has been see you in 3 weeks

Probably ok since I would have just ripped the stuff and gotten nothing anyway. I don’t order much from Topps and fanatics anyways

Also having FedEx issues. For some reason my Lite boxes were signature required and FedEx delivers to me at a time that makes that implausible, so I had to send them to a Hold Location that they now have failed to deliver to 3 times.

$57.98. ripped one last night got a pache and a soto xfractor.

would like to rip more but this might be the worst return on any product i’ve ripped in awhile given the price increase combined with the rookie class.

If you are near Orlando and it's smartpost, the package is either waiting for transfer to USPS or a Fedex driver to do the final delivery. If you're not near Orlando, then Fedex is just slow.

This happens often with Fedex even for non-smartpost packages. You will get an estimated delivery date and when the package isn't moving on time, it goes to scheduled delivery pending and could take another week.

Oof, my original order of blasters and a hobby box from Target had their delivery date pushed back twice today. They were supposed to arrive today, but this morning it updated to Wednesday. Just checked again and now it's Thursday.

Weight updated...from 7 lbs to 3.2 lbs, so I guess they didn't send me hobby boxes in place of blasters.

Anyone rip a bunch of blasters from topps.com and pull no base dupes?

After sorting my 10 boxes, it turns out I pulled 193 base cards and no dupes!

No insert dupes either (almost finished the 1986 set).

i haven’t sorted mine yet, but that’s interesting. anecdotally everyone is saying collation is awful. wonder if somehow it has to do with collation of the boxes sent to excell and less with collation of the cards inside the box.
