Unfortunately we don't have them as they are auto generated and we actually have no control of them. We didnt want control for privacy purposes. That being said, this is also getting worked on today and we think we have a fix for it, the developers are on it.

Top 3 issues being fixed by developers:

1. Emails for password resets
2. Payout for consignment cards
3. PSA status issues

Top manual issues:

1. Incorrect account totals (some paid and unpaid migration issues)
2. Submission statuses
3. Pop emails

All of these issues should be resolved by the end of the week the latest, the key issues for payout and email we are pushing to get done today but it may go in to tomorrow.

We apologize for the issues and appreciate your patience as we work through this.
Looks like 2/3 developer major issues are good to go and most of the manual issues are updated. We do have some old stuff to "invoice" and mark as paid for record keeping purposes so if you get an email about a submission that you already paid for check your balance before reaching out. It was probably just a book keeping thing.

Josh, I’m sure my question falls under this. I received an email today requesting payment or consignment for a sub that I requested consignment on a couple of weeks ago (2021.11). I clicked in to try to move them to consignment through the website but the cards aren’t populated. This is probably one that fell through the cracks during the change-over so just looking for advisement. Thanks!

It was probably older than a week old so we won’t be putting it in the site. But as long as you sent the list everything on consignment side will work.

Do you want to know if there is an error pertaining to the price per card on the website or will that get corrected when the cards are returned?

Email me. The only cost error I foresee is if you earned the .50 discount. My team got an earful for how that was recorded today. But I’ll look into it.

Hello I wanted to know if there is a way to tell which one you are shipping to me as I have these orders 2020.297,2020.298,2020.300 They all are paid for but dont show that . One of them shipped today I just dont know which one. I have about 4 more that will finish this week or next. Thanks

When we mark them as paid they should be marked as shipped. It’s not an e-commerce site so it’s manual

Is the order status currently updating at a specific time a day or continually, and is the backend at the point already where we'll get an email when an order we're in moves stages?

It’s updating continuously. You should be getting an update but I have a feeling that is not configured properly.

The website does not list all of the consignment auctions, but eBay does the website is showing 28 but I currently have 57 with more likely to be added. Just an FYI
