Hey @topps instead of putting a damaged card like this in the product, send a new copy back to the player to be signed. Whether it's the player or damaged along the line, putting it in the product makes everyone look bad. Put a redemption if the new card isn't back in time.(Copied)

It could have been damaged in shipping the box or case out.
Doesn’t mean it’s topps fault…. Things can move in transit. |
