Awesome break man!

My Walmarts has been absolutely loaded with sportscards these last few months. Went in today... The day after a restock not expecting much.

No optic basketball but... Tons of chronicle basketball. Like 7 megas. 15 hangers and 10 blasters.

2 Bowman Platinum megas... These are basically hobby boxes with them being $85 and having two autos.

Bunch of optic and prizm baseball.

And what I was most excited to see... Around 10 bowman chrome megas!

It was all I could do to not buy all the megas lol. First time I have ever been able to see that much product and not spend most of my check on them... Guess I'm growing up. At 40

Did one mega and hit the Brohm Ascension Mega SP that seems like it will pay for the break... Obviously please with that.

Yea it's been really crazy... Went months and months without seeing anything retail... Now it's more than I can afford. I'm actually happy that things are not selling for 4x what they are at retail online this year. Means collectors actually get to break some.

If those megas survive till next payday I think I will buy them all... Safe little break.

We also have... IDK 20 or so sealed sets of 21 Topps. I have tried one. Would like to buy them all. Again it's a pretty safe break. One player will breakout and a PSA 10 from that set will out do the price of the set. Plus I really like the /700 cards that they included in this year's. Beautiful cards.

I stumbled across some of these Bowman Chrome mega boxes in a Walmart today as well, and like you, I picked up two of them (mostly just because I hadn't seen any retail cards that looked like they might be fun to open in a LONG time).

I haven't researched any of the youngsters from this set to know which ones are supposedly good prospects, but I did manage to hit a base mojo auto of Hedbert Perez in one box and a orange mojo non-auto /25 of Yiddi Cappe.

It was definitely fun to open some packs again.
