Interested to see the results of this and the public poll. This is the same forum that voted Lebron ahead of Jordan after he won a title for Cleveland. My vote of course went to mj but several on here were losing their minds.

the Kobe stans obviously missed the part about Bron having twice as much playoff VORP and award share. Or is it something they specially see and the rest of us just aren't up to seeing, that would make up that much difference? I feel like I must be missing out on the enlightenment they've achieved.

Just a poll man to see what B/O thinks. So far LeBron is ahead not by much. But I think in general the folks on B/O are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to players. Some may be more concerned with their investments. I do think the LeBron vs Kobe debate is closer than the LeBron corner has it.

Statistically, LeBron is better. Who would I rather have to take the last shot in a close high-pressure game? Kobe. As an owner, I'd also rather have Kobe on my team. Much less polarizing.

Absolutely Kobe. One who gave his heart for laker basketball. Lebron? He has great stats but lack of something…

Well this definitely isn't true. Most people on here don't even watch games. They just pump whoever they buy

So you'd rather have a guy who was worse at making clutch shots in high pressure situations?

That's kinda odd.

There's this belief that Kobe was some kind of amazing clutch player except when you look at the actual stats he wasn't very good at all. The legend of Kobe is so much greater than the actual player was

I could've got right behind this poll if the 3rd option was truncated to simply "who cares"

You clearly don’t watch basketball. LeBron can’t create his own shot other than bulldozing his way to the rim. Oh yeah then there’s that thing called a free throw line. No one with a brain would ever take LeBron over Kobe for a final shot.

So I guess then all those clutch shooting stats are fake?

I swear you guys are like walking chatty cathy dolls just repeating the same (wrong) information over and over again, as if the more you say it, the more likely it will be true.
