Picked up a 9.5 Impeccable before the injury at a pretty good price. I know NT is THE rookie to have, but I find Impeccable to be the better looking card and it’s numbered the same. Pretty happy with it.

In all seriousness though, it's really nice to see that all reports seem to suggest that Ja avoided anything serious or long-term in his injury, and that he'll be back before many expected (self included).

Assuming that's a card in both hobby and retail? Is it time to finally buy Chronicles wax again? LOL Hard to imagine the hype will hold up long-term but who knows? Haven't checked what that old Hoops card (Mark Jackson?) with the Menendez brothers in it now goes for.

Not saying it’s going to be, but the Ja/Dolph card would seem to have a much better shot at being a long-term iconic card (for multiple reasons).

At one point, I thought about adding all of his Rookies wearing the old Vancouver Jersey to my collection. The Panini 116 was one I figured would be one of the last because it does nothing for me aesthetically. I guess if I decide to pursue that idea, it will definitely be if the price stays elevated!

I got one back from PSA last week. Posted it for sale at $100. No offers. It just sold for $300 BIN on eBay. Hard to imagine prices hold on that card.

Probably right in regard to the base cards, but the SPs might have a little more staying power.

Similar to the luminance card. I think the #’d parallels of the luminance rookie will do very well long term.

Agreed. And on a side note, Ja was shooting threes during shoot around last night before the Massacre in Memphis. His return certainly won't be rushed, but awesome to see.

With all the violence and shootings, will the cancel culture ask the NBA to change the terms "shooting" and "shot" when referring to the action of placing a ball in motion towards the basket?

I think it should start and I will say it should start now.

"Launching and Launch" should not be used either as the point can be implied that missiles or weapons of mass destruction could be brought to mind which would not help with the mind control of the subjects.

I am in need of help for what these actions might be called. Maybe something like "softly pushes" or "nicely". I am coming up mostly blank though. Need some help.
