So around February 2021 I opened a box of 2014 topps football cards and the redemption I pulled was expired. I emailed them about my situation. they emailed me about 4 months later saying to send in the card and they would see what they could do. Fast forward to late November and this is what they sent me for an expired Cody Latimer redemption. Safe to say I am a very happy Topps Customer!

Glad it worked out for you. It is so random how so many people get screwed and a select few get taken care of. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason on which you will get

Totally agree! It happens with Panini too, some people get taken care of and others get absolutely screwed. I am waiting on a redemption from Panini that has taken more than a year and a half and I get no communication at all from them.

It really is. A majority of the cards are from 2014 besides the Dalbec. A weird assortment for sure but I'm happy with it lol

I'm waiting on one that will be a year next month. In that time 26 of the 99 copies have been graded by PSA. And there have been like 62ish sales on eBay. But mine still hasn't come.

Maybe they will empty everything out and zero out all unfulfilled redemptions this coming year. Have a feeling a lot of these ones people have been waiting years for will never be made and receive packages like this and called good. Lots of unknowns going forward with long unfulfilled redemptions being a big one.

I didn't even think about that. That's a very good perspective that I think is absolutely true. Would make a lot of sense for them to clear inventory.

I got an expired redemption for a Kyle Schwarber auto from 2017 A&G that I opened in early 2020. I got a 2015 Billy Hamilton Clearly Authentic Relic and a Cal Quantrill Bowman auto #/50. I guess it was a full year before I got the substitutes.
