First time I’ve seen anything on the shelves other than Chronicles collegiate or Topps Update baseball in a while. 2020-21 Flux Basketball blaster
for $39.99! The mega box in the background was $54.99, which seemed a little more reasonable but I still put them back. I miss being able to grab a blaster box here and there and ripping something for cheap. Oh well..

Ya, it's ridiculous. They'll learn fairly soon that the supply is quite a bit higher than the demand at those prices. Everything is double the normal MSRP. Blasters are a big enough gamble at $20, but at $40 there's no way I'm doing it.

Meijer has always had higher prices than Target/Walmart. Toys R’Us used to be the same. Like 20% higher!

What can you get insert and parallel wise in those? Exosphere, Flow Motion, Incoming, and Ultraviolet I assume. But Full Capacity? What's the best Titan hit?

That’s true. I remember when blasters were $20, Meijer usually had them for $22.99. I was able to stomach that bit of an increase. Paying $40 for a blaster or even $35 kinda takes the fun out of it for me.

Do you know how much the Megas are at Target/Walmart?

If I ever see those in the wild I would probably grab one.

In the past two years, I have opened some 2019-20 Prizm Blasters that I preordered and a cello box of 20-21 Prizm draft that a buddy sold me at his cost.

I am due for a kick in the nuts and reminder that it is good I can't get retail anymore.

Yeah, a couple weeks ago, a Meijer around here had the Mosaic basketball "Value" packs at $27.99. Ridiculous. Of course, the next time I went, they were gone so someone must be paying those prices.

I saw retail for the first time ; since like March 2020; it was illusions and Chronicles... and i literally was at the card shop earlier. But i felt like i had to try a blaster each. They were 35$ each; and the Chronicles college edition had 20 cards.

Is this just Meijer; or is it Wal-Mart and Target too?

Target is always the cheapest...$24.99 for blasters (paper cards) and $29.99 for opti-chrome products. The Walmart around here is priced between $32-$37 for blasters.

Retail rips for me rarely produce any ROI other then the rare "lotto ticket/scratcher" box but I actually don't mind the mark up too much...at least it's making flippers think twice about buying to resell and allowing for products to be available.
