I got an interesting card out of hobby box: an Ohtani 1991 Stadium Club throwback, but it's an orange refractor numbered to 25.

I've been combing eBay trying to find another one, but no such luck. I wonder if it's worth adding to the PSA pile or not.

Ya the 91's have Gold, orange, red and supers too... and a few of the players have autos with base, red and supers I think.

Didn't get a single wave in my box but pulled waves of Canseco and Nomar last year (which I'm keeping,sorry). I'm a fan of them as well.

Went to the card shop today and bought a box. Pulled a Tatis gold refractor, Luis Garcia pitcher auto and a Corey seager beam team wave refractor. The Tatis definitely saved me and looks cool as hell with the gold chain too

I am working on last years wave set. This is a very difficult task. I have given up and been pulled back in quite a few times and am close to giving back up again. If I ever complete it, it will come at a high cost, with a lot of luck, and after many years of looking.

I have very few. Contemplating the journey and currently just enjoying my pick ups!

I know it will be a life long project that will be very expensive but I've been looking for something like this for awhile. Good luck on your 2020 set! Do you have a running count of how many you have that you'd like to share?

Just scored a monster PC pickup for me that landed at COMC! It was just listed as a base card, no mention of being a wave. Woot woot!

No clue, they're so rare and basically never turn up. I think there are what like 12 copies of each? So it's hard to find a comp for them. I got lucky and scored the Manoah for $11 plus shipping, but I don't think he knew it was a wave version

I picked up a few off ebay before folks realized how rare they were I think... Walls RC, Sherten RC, and maton, but by Dylan Carlson they caught on so paid for that one a bit.

I've never listed/sold anything on COMC, so don't know their process. Does it not being very well described fall on the person that sent it in (e.g. didn't know it was a wave), or on COMC who reviews the card, writes the description, and lists it?

It actually just arrived at COMC, but I bought it off Ebay. I have to ship it there because I'm up in Canada and most people don't ship up here.

I try not to get too excited until it actually arrives because you never know if the seller uses someone else's picture or something. So I was pretty stoked that when it arrived it was the actual wave version! I've been trying to find that one since the product came out

COMC is supposed to categorize it as a wave parallel, but the seller should also make sure it's correct when they are setting the prices for their cards and there's a way to easily submit a correction if it's not. I've seen several cards listed incorrectly on COMC. Stadium Club Chrome from a year or two ago that had only the logo color changed for the parallels resulted in a few numbered parallels being listed as regular refractors on COMC.

Someone on Reddit just posted that they pulled a Soto shuffle wave refractor. Wonder what it would sell for these days. That card in any form seems to be going up

Anyone else notice some cards being a hair too long to fit into a one-touch?

I tried to put a refractor into one and it was a no-go before I even tried to put the front piece on.
