Default Tmall Spectra vs. Immaculate. A surprisingly suspenseful ending.

Having participated in only a few breaks, I wonder if any veteran breakers can relate to what Gin and Juice just went through.

This is not uncommon. A ton of cases (let alone single boxes) of Immaculate have been terrible. Essentially if you don't hit a Lamelo or maybe a Edwards RPA, you're looking at a 20% or less ROI for the entire case. Part of the reason why prices for hobby have dropped to $1700/box

What struck me was that it was about total value of the box, not ROI or any handicap due to the 8x price difference in the boxes. And then, the value of the Spectra was so low that there was nothing that could not beat it. Basically one card, an unchipped Harrison Barnes patch say, would have pushed the Immaculate box ahead...

So that's the beauty of the hobby. Someone will even want the Harrison Barnes, regardless of chipping.

Someone will take it for their PC but that is a serious hit in value which is clearly the point of these videos. I'm not a huge fan of these videos because they feed the slot machine reputation of the hobby.
