Worth pointing out that a lot of this could be avoided if PSA quit cutting special deals with certain customers, and just publicly announced what kind of prices a member could get at certain submission volumes.

If this Ryan, for instance, had been able to get cards graded at $21-$23 per, which is what it sounds like Marx was paying, then he wouldn't have brought Marx into the fold.

Having prices indexed to volume makes sense, but why PSA is willing to offer to grade for '$x per card' for customer A, and then not publicly announce that anyone who can create that kind of volume is also eligible for that price, is totally beyond me.

CC2 is a terrible person. He's a scammer and shouldn't be in the hobby. He was clearly out to take people's money and that was it. He only cares about himself. He should have just made his customers wait two years like everyone else. Nobody should ever trust him again. I hope his hobby shop closes down. I hope he gets sued. So many people in his comments are "Ryan you don't need to apologize" types. The guy is literally admitting to making a sleazy move and their only thought is to tell him how much integrity he has. Getting mixed up with a differing opinion in there is an uphill battle. He has a brainwashed following that watched 30 seconds of his initial video and thinks he made some glorious self sacrifice for his customers

Yes. Dustin was banned from PSA for trolling them on Twitter. He has a store that he would submit for his customers. When he got banned, all his customers’ cards were returned ungraded. When new management came, he was in conversations with Nat to be allowed back. Unclear if that was actually going to happen, but any chance was erased when he posted here the messages between him and Nat.

That is a lie and I never will or have submitted to PSA since. You just made that up. I contacted Nat to see if he would investigate what Steve did. Do not make stuff up about me.
