Daryl Dyke (remember him? He was the last guy everyone said was the next guy, but there's been three other next guys since him) agent is touting him around the Premier League and the Championship at the moment. He could get a move soon. Likely a Championship club IMO like Fulham or Blackburn.

His energy was needed desperately, Zardes is a complete waste of space out there with the current line up. So much hesitancy in the box. As soon as he came on he was a difference maker. Feels like Gregg is punishing him for the Augsburg move, but after today’s disaster he won’t have a choice.

not in yet. 2 of the last 3 matches are away. have to get the 3 points at home against panama.

i wanted mexico to win to create 3 clear teams at the top of the table. if panama had won you’d have had 3 teams within 3 points of each other for 2 spots. now we are a full 4 points clear of 4th place.

Yea this is far from locked in. I think Canada is the only team clearly in...and they have two games vs crucial opp in the final leg here...They play 2 teams that are nipping at our heels @ Panama and @ Costa Rica....how motivated are they going to be to send there best to these games when they have all but locked up a spot?

With Panama getting a home game out the gate next leg vs "dumpster fire Honderus" and us playing @ Mexico you could be talking a difference of 1 POINT going into the Panama game at home....Mind you this is a Panama team that was very much in the Mexico game last night losing on a Penalty 1-0. Did I mention our final game is at Costa Rica who is also nipping at our heels....If we go out and lay an egg at Mexico and Costa Rica, it really means that the Panama game which is home and in the middle of those two is a MUST WIN...5 teams battling for 3.5 spots or more like 4 teams battling for 2.5 spots because Canada is in at this point and in very good form.
