I just received an update from PSA customer service. Turnaround time is currently estimated at 20-30 business days from the date the order is entered.

Good to know.

I shipped my order Dec 30th (just before the special ended) and it was received on Jan 12th, and 'entered' on Jan 22nd. I was charged somewhere in there too.

I'm pushing 30 business days, and my order is still pending.

Anybody had an auto encapsulation returned lately? How long did it take? I submitted an 18 card order that was delivered 12/13, but still no movement or anything after being entered 12/27.

Mine was entered around the same time. No updates for me either...

My order arrived on 11/22/21. It was entered on 12/13/21. It just shipped on 02/14/22.

Out of nowhere and with no notification, I just received my order back in the mail yesterday 2/17...

So, a very nice 69 days door to door.

Same. I did not get any email updates. I happened to check my account and noticed that tracking for that order had been uploaded. They also emailed me a payment receipt for my records days after the order arrived.

Shipped back to me yesterday, arriving today.

So 4 months. Not great but whatever.

I mean looking at ctd, they are just about 3 months on regular subs. I figured since the cards dont need to be graded, they would be a but quicker. However, I'd imagine most of the same auto guys are looking at both psa and psa/dna subs. I say most, as I've squeaked a very small minority through psa/dna (as trading card) which did not pass psa.

The last sub I did in December was 69 days door to door... so you're probably creeping up on it in a few days. Hope they're still keeping that pace, because I also have one from 3/19 that I'm waiting on.

I sent in only my 2nd encapsulation order ever. It was received on May 9th. It hasn’t been entered yet, but does show as it was received when I type in the tracking number on the PSA app. I already have another order ready to ship. I just want to make sure that this is normal before I send the next order.

My 3/14 sub popped

They failed.10 out of 11 cards including guys who are.signing for free.ttm.

I'd suggest waiting on subs until Keating is on vacation
