You're all trying to convince yourself $400 shipped for a box of series 1 with a stamp on it is a good buy. Even with 24 colored parallels guaranteed per box, this is one of the worst gambles and values I've seen. And I buy EVERYTHING.

May not even ship sealed for all we know. Nothing is guaranteed or known.

Topps has tested our stupidity before. I'll be the first to say I was wrong if these crash and won't even gloat when I'm right.

I was about to buy 2-3 hobby boxes of series 1. This instead and just pick up some random retail blasters of series 1? Tough call.

If you're an MC member and you're passing on this, what were you expecting for this year? My assumption is everyone joined this year for Wander rookies and this has a Wander short print along with likely parallels. Is it just because First Edition is too much of a gimmick? What if Sapphire is $350 with 32 cards and one parallel and one auto? Is that also a pass?

In that scenario, you have given more info on what is to be expected in a box then what was given about "1st Ed." Other then foil stamp...
