I just had an 18 card order come back last week that I submitted two weeks before the end of the special last year and it took 69 days, door to door. I believe before the special was running it was a little faster, but I'd expect a couple months now since a lot of people that took advantage late last year are likely still in the backlog.

They don't really advertise turnaround times any more correct? They just provide complete through dates?

I think now would be the ideal time to start transitioning into the price points being solely about the value of your card and no longer artificially creating lines and backlogs that don't really need to exist.

Perhaps one walk through service for super high value cards of guaranteed 3 day turnaround and then everything else is 3 or 4 week turnaround and pricing dependent on the card itself.

Anyone else getting extremely irritated with this PSA complete through date tracker? I commend them for trying to provide some transparency with their progress but when Value - Modern and Ultra Modern completion percentage continues to sit at 99% for what seems like weeks isn’t telling me anything. If they have problem orders they are still working on and preventing them from hitting 100% for that month then why not just remove them from the metrics and/or roll into the next month already so that we can see what the March completion rate looks like.

Yes, people have brought this up quite a bit. I'm guessing we'll see the calendar roll over to March soon but that will probably show 80%+ complete Bulk UM is somewhere pushing into early April and that is the number that matters.

No - I'd contact them. They should have at least scanned it so it would show up in Step 1 ARRIVED by now.

If I type in the tracking, it shows delivered to PSA under Find my package, but there is nothing under My orders. Not really sure what's going on

Assuming you did put the bar code on package, I’d definitely call them.

What I would really love to know how is how PSA can justify working on the new economy allocations and other services they have open and basically stop working on the backlog. It seems as though they pulled a ton of people working on the backlog to work on the new stuff. Yes, I get that there is more money coming in with the newer stuff, seems ass-backwards to me to pull that.

They have slowed considerably this week. They have only been doing in the 20,000 to 30,000 range each business day since the 25th. I wonder if the card show they attended slowed them down again.

They have openly talked about it on their podcast that they are only using 10% of resources and staff on the new economy events, and still using the 90% of staff to work on the backlog. Hence why they are having events, so they can control the intake without opening up the flood again. They said the backlog will be done by August/September.

All the cards left seem to be at the economy level or worse. Most people getting subs back now are realizing the cards they sent in aren't worth the cost of grading anymore. The remaining 5M or so will further define the incoming Junk Slab era.

For the past 2 months, 72% of the cards graded were from 2010 and up. There are already close to 2 million 2019 basketball cards graded, and close to 600 thousand 2019 Prizm basketball.

Only 6% of the cards graded the past two months were from the 80s and earlier.
