Tom Brady reaching out to Julio Jones. Hope he got a new hammy. But would be nice if he was healthy for two more years to pump those stats up and just to see him dominate again.

@JosinaAnderson
I'm told RB Ty Montgomery is agreeing to a 2-year deal worth up to $4M with the #Patriots, per league source.

A 4th string RB.... Just what we were waiting for

Watson waiving the no trade clause for Atlanta? Wonder if that’s true. So much fake news out there.

Plus Kyle Pitts shares an agent with him and tweeted it’s about to get scary in Atlanta then deleted it.

We still have Grady Jarrett and Deion Jones. Think that’s about it.

Must be a draft bounty then.

Yeah I’m sure they’ll give up all their picks for 3 years. Seems like something dumb they would do.

Hooper sucked and Higgins was always a WR4 so no major loss there but yes I think the team will miss Tretter’s leadership but understand the move. But going all-in on a guy like Watson who hasn’t played in 2 years, will probably be suspended for a good chunk of the year, costs 40-50$ million a year and comes with the baggage he comes with… no thanks.
My "circle" is the Browns hashtag on Twitter. At least gives you a good gauge on the minute by minute responses to Browns moves. I'd say the majority have been negative. People are acting like the Browns are losing free agency when they've actually done a pretty decent job in these first few days. Maybe Twitter is biased towards the complainers who need to vent, so I'll consider that as a possibility. But even in regard to Watson...the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons fans are falling over themselves in support of Watson but Browns fans are crying about Baker being done dirty, and morality. Interesting that fanbases who have won or at least sniffed a SB in the past are on board for a top 10 QB but Browns fans aren't.

For the record, I would be indifferent to Watson, Baker, Ryan, Jimmy G, or even Willis/Pickett through draft. I think the Browns are built, and are continuing to build, in a way where they can at least be in the conversation if they don't have the franchise QB figured out next year. They've got a good 3-4 year window where the bulk of their better pieces are either in their control or likely to sign extensions. I still believe they can make things easier on any QB with their run game and tight end situation. It's not exciting football for some, but it keeps them in the conversation.

@Jake_Trotter
Browns have told Baker Mayfield’s camp they are "not accommodating his request,” per source.

Hey, the Browns had a solid eighteen month stretch where they weren't the laughing stock of the league. Nature is healing now, I guess.
