yeah but if you watch Denver regularly, it's just right on cue for Barton. It's like clockwork.... this time there was a little help from the defense but it's always something with him

Bones made some rookie defensive mistakes when he got put back in, otherwise I think everyone would be calling for him to take a bunch of Barton's minutes. It's just tough, MPJ was supposed to be back possibly this week but not been much word on him.

Backs are rough, I hope MPJ comes back looking healthy, but I can’t help to think back to that Missouri season. He looked old and slow when he came back

Oh yeah I certainly don't watch Denver regularly enough, and I feel like though I've watched them a bit more regularly since the All Star break, Barton was out for some time? But I'm very familiar with your disapproval of his play!

Hopefully Murray and MPJ can come back and get into some semblance of shape by the playoffs. Would be a huge shame for Jokic to not have a full team for playoffs after all he's done to get them where they are now.

Bucks have been playing it safe resting Giannis and Middleton lately,

but now they look up and see a game against Memphis while the Heat play Brooklyn, and they are only a half game out of the 1 seed. Interested to see how they play this.

I wonder if they are trying to avoid the Nets somehow. Bucks Nets would be a crazy first round series.

They're still winning games, so I think their first priority would be to get to the playoffs healthy.

The whole 'losing to avoid the Nets' scenario is tough, because you don't know for sure where the Nets will land. They could be 8, 7, or even 6. So I'd guess that either of the top 3 teams would take the 1 seed if they could have it.

The Bucks have a tough one tonight vs Memphis, but so do the Heat vs Brooklyn. With a win, the Bucks could be in first by the end of the night.

The other big game tonight:

Bulls @ Cavs.

Cavs win (assuming the Raptors beat Indy too), there is a 3 way tie for 5th place in the East, with the Cavs having tiebreakers over both the Bulls and Raps, for the time being. Cavs lose, they drop to 7th with a tough schedule coming up.

The last time these two played 2 weeks ago, the Bulls were effective in trapping Garland up high and forcing him to to outlet to Dean Wade, who had trouble making anything happen. Today the Cavs will have Caris Levert to offload the ball to late in the game, and hopefully he is able to make the Bulls pay 4 on 3 if they do.

Pelicans Spurs tip off in a few minutes; A Spurs win would make it very dicey for LAL down the stretch.

A nice half before the Elite 8 kicks off.

The Bulls might replace the Nets in the play-in tourney. They are in the midst of a very brutal run to end the season.

Bulls are 4-10 since the AS Break and they play the Cavs, Clippers, Heat, Bucks, Celtics and Wolves... that's another 6 tough games in the final 9.

With Kyrie back... Nets might get hot and get into the 6th spot. They play Heat tonight.. on the 2nd game of a back to back and coming off 3 straight losses... but after tonight they play Bucks and Cavs as the other 2 games they might play a tough team... rest of the schedule is filled with... Hornets, Pistons, Hawks, Rockets, Knicks and Pacers... gonna be a fun final 2 weeks.

It would be pretty crazy if LeBron ends up winning the scoring title, and LAL ends up slipping out of the playoff picture..
