Based on everything I’ve heard directly from PSA, they are still dedicating at least 80% of their resources towards the backlog. I just think there are an insane amount of subs that came in back in late 2020/early 2021 and they’re probably doing as much as they can to clear that up. I believe their goal is to try and have everything completed by the time the National rolls around at the end of July.

At least Assembly is getting low, so they should start packing that up again soon. I will be out of the office w/little or no access to the internet during the day Monday through Wednesday next week. If you have any questions you know who to email or you can fill out a CS request on the website, those guys can handle it all.

If you believe them. Secondly, it should be 90+%.

They will have pushed out about 1 million slabs this month. By the National the back log will be close to or completely gone. This will be a thing of the past and value submissions will be flowing in and moving fast. Guys, we got good times with grading coming soon.

I just looked at the website and saw that .67 has finally moved twice this week, I have not recieved any emails about this or the 2 grading submissions i sent in during the past week. I checked my spam folder also and there is nothing there either. is anyone else not receiving emails?

Just checked and it says the emails were sent, is anyone else having this issue? I thought we had emails fixed.

Had 2021.75 move from assembly to QA1 and QA2 this week alone and didn’t receive an email. I check the website almost daily so not a big deal but hope to get an email once it’s completed

Im so beyond frustrated with email. It is the absolute biggest headache at this point. (Not blaming you guys obviously, just wish it was working properly).

I'm sure it is frustrating for you. Not a huge problem, its just nice to be updated when subs move or are recieved, sent to psa etc.

It’s just weird because some people get it and others don’t which makes zero sense. It should be all or none.

I haven’t gotten any emails in several weeks…for movement in grading process, grades popping, or consignment cards posting on eBay or ending on eBay

I DO still receive nightly PCS auction emails. Weird

The nightly emails are from a different system.

I have cards in orders and get all notifications to my email so that is why I know its weird.

They will continue to look at it, it may just be a disconnect with some emails that don't like the emails from us. Id recommend white listing our domain name but not sure it will actually do anything.

Thanks Josh, I knew when I sent in the cards that there was a high chance that this was going to happen. I know it is completely out of your hands and I feel bad that you get hit with so many "when it is going to move?" questions. I am looking forward to the backlog being caught up for everyone's sake haha. Enjoy your vacation.

I get multiple emails per day about it. Is what it is.

Should I be expecting a couple upcharges in express 8 lol Been in QA2 for a week and the cards showed up on the pop report 2-3 days ago.

Yes I do believe them in this case, and no it shouldn’t be 90%+. I paid $10 per card for those bulk subs, so I’m ok with $50 economy orders jumping the line.

yeah, I kind of feel the same way -- I submitted a lot of cards shortly before the price hike, $10 to $12 per card for the most part -- people who are paying $50 or $100 card should get their cards worked on first, but it is still a hard pill to swallow knowing your cards have been there over a year while people sending in cards currently are getting them back in less than a month

I still have economy cards out from last March getting passed up by economy cards from this March.

I sent an email via the website about an error i made on one of my submissions, i have yet to receive a response. I typed the wrong name for a player. will psa catch this and fix it before slabbing? or can it be fixed on your end?

Psa will catch it if we don’t.

If you sent the email after regular business hours (9-5 est Mon-Fri) you will get a reply the next business day.
