trae was non existent in the first half and showed up in the 2nd half. good grinding win for them. he’ll never be a superstar but he’s a star (offensively)

I mean he's carried the Hawks through now 3 win or go home games in Sixers, Cavs, Hornets - and lead the league in scoring and assists. Literally he's the thing teams are tanking for - if you have Trae you've got a shot. That's a superstar. He's absolutely the worst defender in the league but he's so good on offense that it doesn't matter

I personally think both are superstars. Legends are made in the playoffs, not regular season anyways. But if you say both aren't superstars, then I'm with it.

Clips just aren't a good product minus Kawhi. We'll always know their ceiling.

Trae at least makes it to the conference finals…

Works both ways.

I think the bottom line is that Luka seems to get the respect he deserves, while for some reason Trae doesn’t even though he’s a proven big game performer just the same.
