From 1997 to 2007, these types of printing "errors" did not exist. Now they are standard in the most costly Bowman product ever. Higher price with the lowest quality possible.

No etching + roller marks = the chrome of today and beyond

how quickly we forget why retail prices increased in the first place. if blasters were still $20 they’d be getting botted and people would be sleeping at walmart.

it’s pretty easy to find now right? there have been quite a few places you could buy bowman blasters online, and target hasn’t even dropped their 100k box bomb yet!

That Woods #'d is just like the #499 I got of someone (I was too irritated to notice who) and a #199 Pie was obliterated. I contacted Topps, I'm sending about 50 cards back to them. Pathetic quality, but hopefully enough people complain. It's the only way things could change

That's the link the Topps rep sent me. I was weary when I first started opening the box ,so I made sure to keep the particular damaged cards with the wrapper they came from. One pack of 12 had 6 ruined cards, including the Wander. It says you aren't guaranteed the same player, but at this point, you have a ruined card that's not worth anything, so that isn't a big deal I suppose

When I tried to order yesterday they wanted to charge $18 for shipping on 5 blasters. I'd rather pay the Walmart markup with free shipping, or wait for Target.

i opened 7 blasters, no autos, 2 chrome 1st color, 1 paper 1st color, a numbered base and a numbered insert.

there is obviously variance but based on odds it’s hard to say these run “hotter” than prior years.

that and i think people are a little caught up in the moment with what i see being a weak checklist. yeah i’m the wet blanket.

You can’t tell in the picture, and I can’t capture it in any picture, but there are very faint print lines going down the middle of the /125 George Valera teal when viewed from a 1 degree angle. It feels light on color but maybe not

print lines are by far the biggest issue with any topps chrome cards right now.

I thought mega boxes hit on May 21, three weeks after blasters went live. I could be wrong though.

I don't remember the exact dates, but Mega boxes definitely hit after blasters last season, and it was a couple weeks at least. The release dates were closer together than they had been in previous years though.
